First bank was offering 10.5% for 91 days as at thurs, which made me decide to settle for primary market. As per submitting your form, it will be wise to go submit a day before the auction to avoid stories that touch the heart. This bankers get so irritated nowadays. Times have changed indeed.

The last auction date was Aug 29th so, i guess the next date will be Sept 12th. I was at StanbicIBTC Festac branch some minutes back to make enquiry on their secondary market which is not too juicy (188days 11.09%, 98days 11.2% and 55days 10.08%) I just decided to filled form for the next primary market auction. The rude lady i met refused collecting my form saying no advise from head office to keep customers form and asked me to come with the already filled form a day before the auction date. PLEASE TBILL GURUS IN THE HOUSE, IS IT ADVISABLE TO GO WITH HER WORDS ?

With the bolded program, I don't think it will be easy to find such exact program in Canada.
Try check: college of the north Atlantic canada at Newfoundland and British Columbia institute of technology. These are colleges that offers wide range of dipolma programs. You haven't gotten an institution yet, so no one can give you an estimate on what it cost, as many institutions have differences on their tuition. Meanwhile, make sure you have your 10,000CAD for living expenses approximately 2.8M plus your tuition (Which I don't know) for your first year of studies in Canada. Finally, don't be in a haste to sit for an English exam (IELTS/TOEFL) endeavor to know the admission requirements for the institution first before doing this. Nigeria is an English speaking country so I don't see reasons sitting for the exams.

First of all, the guys that conduct the disappearing act with people's money are not the mallams. They are mostly from other ethnic groups with the Yoruba's being predominant.
Secondly, there is no juju involved the boys are just fast with their fingers.

This the trick. They count the agreed amount less a couple of notes and hand it over to you to verify. When you tell them its short they ask to recount and then you hand it back over to them. At this point, they count again, confirm you were right, and make a show of adding the missing notes while they quickly remove more from the wad of notes. Now, ordinarily they expect that you will no longer count, in fact, they will try to make sure you don't count by telling you all sort of stories like their chairman is coming or the police are coming just so that you will zoom off.

So my advice, stay away from them altogether and deal with the mallams at Alade market area or if you have the liver and want to beat them at their game, hold on to your foreign currency and count the money each time they hand it back to you until you are sure.

They count the money and give to you. It would be one more short. You tell them and they insist it's complete. They tell you to bring it back and you do feeling smart you caught on.

In the short moment you catch on, you probably look away and they double d note in a way they count the same note twice.

For some strange reason on this second count, you don't usually recount because you feel you watched them. They also rush you and out you under pressure that police is coming soon.

You zoom off. Swindle complete. End of story.

Why would you allow them to rush when it comes to money. You take back your hard currency and walk away to the bank. Not a do or die thing.
