I have not met Gazzuz too. I have issue with my vehicle and I was given his number on this forum.

I called him on phone,but sincerely I was not impressed with the way he answered me but I said thank you and moved ahead. Not an issue,solution providers are every where and people have different customer management ideas.

Of major importance I want to point out,is that we all can't be professionals in every field.

Over the years I have been driving only brand new cars,I never knew the name of any parts of the vehicle because it was only routine service I do.but when lately I bought a used car,I now know that mechanics are important,I have known names of car parts because I have been asked to change this or that.
