A public recruitment of more than 2 years will ruin his reputation. He should do what needs to be done. The more time he delays the more social pressure.My overall point is just do what is in your mind.

The recent Ndlea call for training will definitely put a lot of pressure on him.If he continues to remain on the stance of merit,the time and delay won't favour him in the aspect of credibility and reputation.

This is the recruitment they said they will concluded on or before March 2021 end. 3 months after March now. I knew they released the screening list just to get budget approval not because they are interested in the recruitment.

Very smart from you man! It is the real truth.I think from the beginning customs recruitment was kind of forced and pressured by the national assembly. If customs really needed more personnel the recruitment would have ended a long time ago.
