I believe it is high time stringent cashless policies be applied especially to the Nigerian public sector. All transactions, payments for jobs or contracts should be remitted to designeted account numbers. Cash withdrawal of large sums like these should be strictly frowned at and victims thoroughly penalized.

You may have misunderstood my point. Am not being partisan here. Doesn't matter which party. Jada already has voted to become citizens of Nigeria, that alone makes Atiku a Citizen. In addition this same person has numerous investments within the country providing labour to thousands of people. How many persons have Abba Kyari empowered in Nigeria? Who is more Nigerian between these two people? For me, so long as one has the interest of the people at heart, that alone qualifies him to be citizen...not those using the Citizen title to find ways to milk the country dry.
