Does anyone here knows how a plot of land cost in USIEFFRUN village near Warri, the seller is my friends person, he gave me for 550,000k i am wondering if it'a a good price cost the villiage is not yet open.
What if i find 1 plot of land in Asaba for the same price should i purchase it still from a very close and trusted friend,?? i am abit scared as i am not an origin of both town, and i don't reside  in 9ja, I would appreciate any advice thank you in advance.

yes it is easy, i have seen many cases, she should at least try to take the kids, if the man refuses her then she can go get a judge, but she must prove that she ia capable of taking total care of the kids.

there is no beating case here, i don't think any man would just hit his wife simply becos she cares to know what kept him late, for me i always get informed if he will be late, i hate to the habite of letting ur man know u are monitoring him, i work too, and when i am late it's thesame thing, no sort of question and all that, confident and trust matters alot.

Thank ur God for making u a very productive, but know that u are in the europe where child care is very expensive, u guys should try and do some protection after the 4rd one is born, abi u won be father Abraham but if u know u are capable of taking care of many children then continue with ur good job, some people in the Europe produce kids without space simply becos of child allowances from the gouvernment, But i don't think 3 or 4 will be too much for an afikana guy lols.

there must be something wrong for her to have even thought of telling u to denouce, do u spend time with her? do u always put ur family first before her? women that reach in this manner might have been through hurts maybe by u because of ur family or by ur family directly, but the best solution is not asking the man to denouce his family becos they are unreplaceable.

Not that I do not beleive she can be jealous, but I trust that an adult will be able to manage her jealousy well and not make it obvious to all that jealousy is eating her up.

I don't agree with you.

I know of a Lady who insisted that her father should not allow her younger sister to be married, simply becasue she was the breadwinner of the family, as such, the family put the wedding on hold because the her elder sister was not yet married.
In that family today there is hatred among the sisters and some family member who are in support of the younger sister and also the elder sister.
