Autos › My Peogeot 206, Is It Normal? by plappville(op): 8:17pm On Feb 11, 2009
I have a peugeot 206, i bought it two months again and it has been working excelently, but since two weeks now there have been this fuel resarve signer as if i am short of fuel, i filled it up but not a full tank but still seeing this sign, i had to refill it again with about 25 liters, when i start my car the sign is still there, i am scared there might be a problem because it's just strange, that the orange light keeps coming each time i start my car.

Does any1 have an ideal of what is wrong with my car? or should i go to a mechanic for a check?? plz help.

I personally will punish him or beat him until he learns, if you leave him to grow up he will get worse. cheesy
correct, that we beat our child does not mean we hate them, they are ways to beat them to make them know u are only correcting them, if u beat ur child in the yanch and send him to his/her room for some mins he will become calm all through that day, we should not hurt them by hiting them where they could get hurt, like in the face, chest, back etc, the best part to flog with ur hand and not with force is the yanch, after that send him/her to room and shot the door story close, don't pamper a kid when he do things wrongly.

Your first post says it all. The man who would come into your life was for helping you. . .isn't that what your first post implies?

Ok. congratulations on your French citizenship. If you love him so much and he also loves you, why cant you tell him the truth?
U re still getting it wrong, be informed that we both are in love, it's beyound what u understood. infact there is no need explaining.

It's obvious you married him to get papers and to help yourself achieve something in your life. Good ambition but the wrong way to achieve it.

If you have got your papers, better to tell him the truth. If he wants to leave you, you will have your papers and you can live without your conscience pricking you every night.
Did u just say i married him for papers?? what makes u think is for papers? we got married when our first born was 2years, if u know the French law u will know that i got my stay just 3 months after i had my first son, and had the second child after our wedding so what has married him becos of paper got to do with this?? will u have a child with a woman u dont love?? i ve no paper problem because i am French citizen but this is not the issue, it seems that some of u don't think befor u make comments, i am sure u didn't understand what u read befor u made this comment. all dsame thank u, but i do not appreciate ur comment at ll. angry

I always told myself that i wasn't gonna date an only child or an only son.
reason is because their parents get too attached to them

to make it worse, now i am dating not only an only son but also the only child.
his mum raised him alone and sometimes i feel so sorry for masef,
not cos of him but the way his mum is soooooo attached to him and
all hell is loose if she doesn't hear from him in a day. I am the first person
that she calls saying that she is looking for her son.

looking at it in different angle, I can't really blame her cos he is all she's got
especially in this part of the world. To raise a son, give him good education
and now he's all grown up, got his focus right, and got a good job.

talk about "NEVER SAY NEVER"!
This is funny because i am also in thesame shoe as u, my Hubby is a single child, he never shared anythin with any1 in his entired life, he has always been with his parent but has nature demands, he has to grow up and have his own family one day which is (2day) grin

Sometime when our kids fight over a PERTICULAR toys, he look at them and say, waooh this is soo chanlanging, sometime he do asked me how i feel to have siblings, but he is content wit how he find himself though.

His mother is so worried she called twice par week just to be sure if he is fine, send him cash gift even when he didn't asked for, usually she use to tell him what to do and all that but Hubby noticed this was getting out of hands so he had to put a limit to it.

I love her cos she is that caring mother, grandmother and motherinlaw indeed. hubby can't understand why i talk much on phone with my silings, its a strange feelings for him. single child are very secrecy and hard working, they save alot too.

so don't think most single mother out there are single mother because they wished to.

I pity her so much, could i say she is lucky and unlucky? i don't know what to say infact, why will she be dating a man that has kids from three women? anyway i am completely against abortion, and for the fact that she hasn't got any baby of her own, let her tell her guy about the pregnancy, she should take abortion out of her mind, i wonder why she was not protecting herself if really she didn't want to get pregnant.

@ poster, wait for those wise once, they will tell u what is best for ur friend as for me i am against abortion period.

You have revisited what slave trade did to our fore fathers - selling their birth right because of food, common, can you do this to your black brother? You lied to him just because you want to marry him, you sold your conscience in place of a white di ck, who told you your family will forever be dependent on him? you need deliverance and forgiveness from your entire family, i weep for you and your likes.

Arlington:
Hey plappyville,
How are you doing? I know it must be eating you inside but please say the truth now.   i know it will be hard but don't wait  anylonger , as you said  you wanted someone who could give you your stay and someone you loved as well, so you just had to take the risk of not telling him about the number of children in your family.
I am married to a white man also i know they don't always understand the way our family dynamics work and our loyalty to family. but  if you say the truth with remorse and tell him you loved him and you did not want him to be run off that was why you did not tell him from the start, i bet he will just be mad for a while and he will  understand as long as you have no more secrets of this type . Tell him you really felt bad you wanted him to know all your siblings that was why you introduced the rest of them  to him as cousins.

I asked my husband this  question like if it where me he  said that i must have had a  good reason  not to have told him and as long as the reaming ones just don't start coming to ask  for money it is ok grin, and that if the first guy ran away then maybe he did not love me enough because my family should not be an issue ,And reason not to marry me. You  should also have to find a job so that you can take care of your family your self without asking him , no do pass your power  do what you can don't give your self headache you have a baby to think about also.

Yes everyone thinks when you marry a white guy you become bill gates but they forget they are just like everyother person some are broke asses as well, and owe and live just on credit cards .
The white men they see in Nigeria live on there allowances and don't spend there salaries there so they can afford to do what ever they like ,but back in there countries fear no dey let them spend that way . so my dear plappy tell him maybe on valentines dey when you are professing your love again grin that you over love him sef but this is making you real sad you be woman na you no sabi cry  cry.It works for me hehehehehe
Hope it all works out  for the better keep praying about it ask  God to give you the courage to know what to say and when to say it.
You have just proved to me that u are one of those wise one in Nairaland, i quite appreciate ur comment, u are indeed a good person with good thought for humanity, thank u very much for ur advice.

Eziachi, since Nigeria does not have these special psychiatric prisons you mentioned what do you suggest should be done to Clifford Orji?

Should he be released to roam the streets and possibly go back to his canibalistic ways or should he be placed in a normal psychiatric hospital where he will probably escape from, after eating a few nurses ?

When we argue or proffer solutions we should always consider the reality on ground rather proposing mere idealistic and theoretical soultions that are not immediately workable.

Nigeria can't afford to go build a psychiatric prison just becasue of Clifford Orji.
Ask him for me oo, he is talking as if he is not a Nigerian, that guy has some rich men behind him, if he is release to any psychiatric center as u are suggesting, they will fly him out, and what happens to those he innocent souls he ate?? Yes the leaders are our problems.

Who are the leaders?

The leaders are you and I that bribe lecturers to pass a course in school, who will encourage giving bribes to government officials, who will not stand up for what is right, who will squander resources entrusted in his care. etc

The point is charity begins at home and unless we decide to be the change by living right from now, we the leaders are still going to be the problem of our nation in the nearest future.
Mr man, leave that bribe lecturer thing for corner, those socalled law makers could put a law to stop bribing and corruption, but how can they do it when they are involve in this act, it starts from head to toe, not toe to head, fathers should show good example not the kid, so the leaders are nigeria setback period.
Plapp,
listen to what JJYOU said okay. face your relationship with husband and kids. i don't blame you at all i only blamed our parents for birthing so many
children. you are the 11th, you should be enjoying yourself and not put in the burden of older ones on you. for now face helping your mom. when you eventually have job then help the last two. the rest are older than you so don't bother that much.

again try as much as possible to make sure your husband is not helping waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much. maybe seasonal/occassional help.

focus on your marriage and don't do anything that might bring a burden to yourself. remember you have kids. what's important is them and them alone. and if hubby money is going a long way making your children live a great life, why do something to end it? so careful and tread softly.

don't carry sibling headache put for your head. let your husband do small not big big o.
Abi oo, can u imagin? this habit of our senior africa siblins whom are dependent for all their life is very bad, a senior borther who have all the best treatment and education from his parents when things was good could not even try to make a good living for his younger once instead trying to make life miserable for them.

U know what, even if u cry on phone to explain things they will tell u that u are not ashame that u are married to a white man and will be compareing u to neighbours they know whom her white husband build mantion for her family shocked, all fingers are not equal.

my husband is still very young and haven't got that kind of money, I know two 9ja girls here that are married to white and could not even shop for themselves how much more sending a penny home for their family, they told me their siblins will not kill them because they don't have to give.

I think it all depends on the kind of family, anyway i ve taken a stronge decition on this issue, because i can't continue like this. this decition will only affect those whom are ungreatful and are never ready to do something good with their life but to sit down and use their phone to pist me off.

Treetop20:
do not tell him anything for now
i can understand your situation and why you did
what you had to do. focus on your kids and husband
and much later you can let him know the truth. never
listen to anyone who says anything bad about you on this
i wish you the best
thanks for this wonderful advice, it's indeed helpful.

KarmaMod:

JustGood:
Its better to find out the reason rather than allow the ones who have lost all to mislead you. The guy might even be going through some difficult things that you dont know about.

He could be thinking too much about things like finances. He could be having problems motivating himself for sex. He could be seeing you in a different light. If you have been having constant quarrels, it is possible for him to get turned off.

Find out the reason first and dont jump the gun by doing what some people would have you do here without knowing what the situation on ground is. The first few years of my marriage- there were times when I would go for as long as 2 weeks without making love with my wife whenever we had an argument. I just got turned off after every argument. These things can happen so dont let anyone mislead you here.

be sure you know what you're doing before doing anything!
