My brother i love Nigeria die,all these things i am saying is to educate our brothers who are suffering and smiling.I am a Nigerian but i can never live in Nigeria with the current state it is in and i am not going to waste my time trying to fix Nigeria because most Nigerians hate positive change. Just go to the politics section and see the madness there.Nigerians praising and supporting crooks and criminals to govern over them.How can i waste my time going to Nigeria to try and convince corrupt people who want to keep voting for Godfathers,ex military leaders and looters.There are some battles that are not worth fighting.The last straw was when i imported some containers to Nigeria to start a business and i was frustrated by the powers that be.Bribes here ,bribes there but still no freedom to do the business.At the end of the day they wanted me to join a fraternity / cult before they can allow me to do business,can you just imagine that undecided

There are a lot of bad things that are going on in that country but without experience you will never know.

(K) access to Medical schemes and subsidies
(L) access to the some of the best schools in the world
(M) access to capable education system that never goes on strike
(N) access to well built and maintained gated estates
(O) access to different forms of reliable transportation be it rail ,road ,sea and Air
(P) access to over a thousand holiday venues and resorts where i can relax with my family
(Q) access to a society where kidnappings is non existent

When the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) disqualified Charles Soludo, the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and stopped his bid to contest the November 2013 election in the state, there were speculations that this was done because of Soludo’s alleged closeness to Nigeria’s former vice president, Atiku Abubakar.

Anambra is a crucial state in the South East, and according to the speculations, President Jonathan who is very close to Anambra governor, Peter Obi, could not afford to allow the state fall into the hand of an Atiku ally. Soludo was economic adviser to the Atiku 2011 campaign.

Today in Abuja, just 24 hours after a faction of the Peoples Democratic Party led by Atiku Abubakar and seven PDP governors staged a walkout from the party’s national convention at the Eagles Square in Abuja, Soludo paid Atiku a visit at the latter’s Abuja residence.

And the men couldn’t stop laughing. Interesting times indeed!

When Okorocha was contesting under the AGPA banner he was praised beyond anything.Even when he made obviously ridiculous decisions like appointing a Commisioner/Assistant on lagos affairs ,comedy affairs and even a female special assistant with no specific job description ,the IGBOS were praising him.Now they hate him not because of the obvious blunders he has made during his leadership ,not because he has not delivered much to his state but only because he crossed over to a supposed Yoruba party.Is is not crystal clear to anyone who cares to be honest with themselves that most IGBOS are not very intellgent? Nigeria will not reach the level of infrastructural development Botswana has in the next 30 years thanks to the like of GEJ and the dumb tribalistic Nigerians who keep voting for leaders like him.

I can not say for certain why the wood frames were spaced like that as those pictures were taken from the internet.That being said this is the standard spacing we use when our carpenter frames 1 to 1 the container wall.Here are other picture of container framing :

The insulation is extremely important because without it ,your container house will become an oven in Nigeria. Remember that Nigeria has a very hot climate and the container is pure steel.The container will absorb heat from the sun and cook what is inside it hence the need for insulation foam which keeps the heat and the cold from getting in side the container. The insulation foam also protects the inside from moisture buildup. Plasterboards exist in Nigeria,the Plasterboard supplier we wanted to work with is actually a nairalander. Please search on Google ,you will see a few Nigerian companies that use plasterboard to demarcate banking halls and offices.

Chekitaut: SON(Standard Organisation of Nigeria) should make all block producer come for approval before start operation, Vibrated block is losing credibility with poor method of production.

Block producer make 38-42 9" and 50-60 6" from a bag of cement this is poor(Substandard)
Set the standard from 50Kg of grey Portland cement
24 blocks of 9" while 35 blocks of 6" is expected from a Bag of cement

I am a Yoruba man and to a certain extent i agree with you.Here in South Africa most of the Igbos are just multiplying like rabbits.One Igbo guy i know has 6 children and he is not even making much undecided

.That being said i know at least 5 Yorubas who have kids with 4 different women each.

Based on my observation,Igbos like to destroy their wives puna and make her bear up to 10 children. Yorubas on the hand like to sleep around so they have up to 20 children with different women.

I think it is a Nigerian problem,just take a look at our population ,170 million embarassed

We have no confidence in the existing parties hence we are taking this route.We want to start from the grassroots level and work our way up to the presidency through experience , out of box thinking ,efficient problem solving and competent leadership.

I love the way LAGOS has developed but to be honest ,the development is mostly eye candy.These buildings remind me of the term,look but don't touch. Now before you jump on me hear me out.

What is the point of having these lovely buildings when the average Nigerian can not afford to live in them?

Some of these building are rented out at the rate of $20,000 per annum and the ones that are for sale go for over N100,000,000

What saddens me is that in foreign countries buildings that look like these ones are easily affordable by the average joe,why is that not so in Nigeria?

In Texas there are acres of land being sold for as little as $300

In Florida you can get premium waterfront plot for as little as $9000

In Michigan you can buy a 4 bedroom house with swimming pool for as little as $35000

Why do we enjoy making ourselves miserable in Nigeria?

Why do we always overprice everything in Nigeria ,are we that greedy and selfish?

Why do we always want to please expats instead of our people?

We can't we have a change of heart and start to care more about our people than showing off to expats.

Many of these eye candy ultra expensive estate are sitting empty because most people can't afford them.

Out average citizens should be able afford to rent of buy these building.

I appreciate these buildings for their visual quality but I can not appreciate their value as the average man can not even afford to rent them.

I hope in future that Nigerians will have a change of heart and lower prices of this building so that the average dude can get a chance to inhabit and experience them.

By the way I am Yoruba just in case you are wondering.
