Hello, please my laptop a medion erazer x6816 has nvidia graphics and intel, but I can't seem to use the nvidia, it's showing one yellow triangle in device manager, and without the nvidia most softwares are not running because of low graphics stuff

Hello Good evening, I have a Dell M4600 precision, was working fine and suddenly it went off and when it is powered on, it will come on and then trip off..Took it to a technician who said it was the BIOS that had a problem and after flashing it came on, used it for barely a day before it went off again and started acting the same way again..The technician said it was the VGA card that was misbehaving.. I bought a new VGA card and still it did not come, it just comes on still trips off
