The Nigerian Army is a disgrace. No wonder its commanders(appointment holders) are so so so incompetent. They don't keep records. They don't even know the strength (total figure) of the Army,not to talk of air force n navy. Do u know that when you ask a commanding officer the number of men under his control,what u hear is..."nearly ...roughly...close to....about...almost..." simply because they don't have time for records. someone will retire and no pension for years all because they didn't see his/her files! What nonsense is that!! The army chief should b arrested he he can't produce GMBs cert. Didn't GMB attend Nigeria Defence Academy(NDA)? The army gave him a military number to identify him anywhere. GMB once headed military formations before becoming the head of state and today no files to trace and produce his cert? chai!!! there is God o. One day it will be David Mark or YOU.
