On the basis of Amechi's (supposed) victory how many PDP delegate can he control/influence looking the numbers and quality of people that voted for him? Is he banking on the opposition governors to deliver delegates for him in PDP convention?

This victory without home support is very phyrric at best. It does him more harm than good. I doubt if it will even serve him should he (as expected) decamps to the unregistered APC where tinubu and buhari hold sway.
