Let me get you clear. You are saying that indeed Tinubu not only stole from Lagos State. He set-up companies (perhaps while still a governor) to collect tax for Lagos state, and tell generously help himselvf from the collections. Furthermore, he other companies are also awarded contracts by the same state where he is governor. And even when he left, he ensure his stooge (that would be Fashola) continues to award contracts to his companies?

Let me ask you, how do u thinks politicians steal from public purse, other than the blatant frauds and conflict of interest you shamelessly narrated as Tinubu smartness. How can stealing public fund in anyway be termed smart. Isn't it absurd?
