PoliticsRe: ECOWAS Court Orders FG To Pay N88bn Civil War Damages by PointB: 5:15pm On Oct 30, 2017
Alariiwo:
What of the destructions caused by biafran soldiers in the Niger Delta, Mid west and some part of SW, who will pay for them?

ECOWAS or whatever court must be jobless to give such verdict.
Nonsense!
Surely someone should make a case for this?

Why do you have to begrudge fellow citizens who had trudge the path of law? Do you advocate lawlessness?
PoliticsRe: IPOB Members On Trial Overstretching Prison Facilities —NPS by PointB:
More IPOB members should just voluntarily surrender and insist on being arrested and tried, after properly documenting themselves. I reckon about 20,000 more is enough to cause serious DDOS attack on prison facilities in SouthEast/South South. A 100,000 arrested IPOB members will shut down prison services in Nigeria.

IPOB need to seize the opportunity presented by this disclosure.

Let him keep playing the gentleman then.

PoliticsRe: Dear Senator Abaribe, Get A Good Lawyer And Change Nigeria Forever. by PointB: 12:37pm On Oct 24, 2017
The irony is that Senator Abaribe and co saved the government face by standing surety for Kanu. Kanu had previously been granted unconditional bail by different judge(s) prior to the last draconian one.

Had the surety refused, the government (same as the court) would have had to find a different way to save face and release him.

Abaribe should stop being a gentleman in the jungle; he should be the one vigorously accusing the government of kidnapping Kanu (and killing him). He has to seize the game and narrative, and use every voice and passion he can muster.

This is Nigger-Area, a glorified jungle. You are either a wolf or a sheep; no middle ground! Wake Abaribe, the vultures are circling!
PoliticsRe: Enyinnaya Abaribe Speaks On Nnamdi Kanu’s Whereabouts by PointB: 12:09pm On Oct 24, 2017
Abaribe is not the Court, he's not in position to determine that Kanu:

“has long violated the bail conditions handed down by this honourable court”

The prosecution can make such case in the court, but only the court can determine that. The prosecution has no right to invade the defendant's home on the basis of such argument, moreso when the court date was almost at hand. The prosecution has acted pre-judicial to a court ruling, and should produce Kanu!

It's funny how you guys think independence is given on a platter of gold despite what recently happened to Catalan and Kurdistan. Not until enough blood has been spilled just like old Yugoslavia or Sudan, that the UN can come to the aid of Biafra.

Need I remind you that your hero ran away on hearing a few shots despite all the threat of raining hell on Nigeria. The point is secession agenda is not for cowards like Ojuku and Kanu!
Coward Ojukwu indeed.

If people remind you of how your demi-god Awolowo, the bigger coward cum Afonja, took poison (committed suicide) in order to escape arrest, you'll burst into anger fits. You throw stones while living in thin glass house.

Between Ojukwu who lived to fight another day, and Awolowo who consumed a gallon of rat poison to escape arrest, who do you think is the real coward?

http://247ureports.com/how-awolowo-committed-suicide-by-abdulmumini-adeku/

The Internet never forgets

Twenty –three years after he suddenly was reported dead of natural cause and two years shy of his golden jubilee , facts are now emerging on the reasons that led to First and Second Republic political heavyweight ,Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo committing suicide

It was learned that he did it to stem the tide of a possible military court martial into an insurrection he was planning to lead alongside his political associates at the time when it became evident that then Military President ,General Ibrahim Babangida was intending staying in power forever. In a no-hold barred interview with FS Online recently,a grass root politician ,Mr Adebayo Adeyinka who lives within the College Road at Ifako-Ijaiye axis in Ogba ,a suburb of Lagos, Nigeria was livid with rage when he learned that a key politician connected to the issue was denying the incident.
Cowardice and Yoruba are twin malaise sired same day. Between Cowardice and Yoruba, Yoruba is more fearful, and more likely to turn tail and run, or twist their tongues to save their skin. Freaking cowards seeking to deflect attention to the valiants.

You have a point.

The first thing is to enrich our people through various means that will enable them to buy up all their lands and send them to the ghettos.

Do you have any idea how we can financially empower our people so that we can take over their lands and send them to the ghettos.?
Our people are already doing that.

We should just continue being Igbos; never bending, never breaking. Just soldering on!

The fear Yorubas have for Biafra, proves that most of them don't have faith in their God to feed them even if Nigeria cease to exist today.
Yes they fear because they have no actionable plans; and know their end in nigh in this land without plan. They can only yap, and these days, everyone can yap! Heck the Hausa/Fulani's have caught on the yapping too. Ibadan press is no longer a lone force!

I say we give up Biafra and reshape the zoo in our image and likeness, starting from 'no man's land' and then beyond. We can recreate the Zoo, we have the people, and the number. We just need to dare more, and go further. Then we'll see who blink...

Exactly where I stopped reading too, and will never read any further the words of some glorified semi-literate masquerading as Dr.

Ask the idiot to tell us where Nnamdi Kanu ran to, he'll point to the recanted words of the vainglorious Orji Uzor Kalu. Yorubas should respect themselves and stop poking their nose where they are not needed. These folks think their destiny is in the own hands in this enclave.

Buffeted from the North by the ever expanding and raw Hausa/Fulani, and choked in their domain by other aggressive southerners, this oblivious conies yap daily as if they have anything figured. Sooner or later their case will be like that of Warsaw which "never saw war until war saw Warsaw."

Whether Igbos stay in Nigeria or not - We Win! Go figure!

Yes I agree with you 100%. A president who can't protect the Integrity of his office shouldn't have anything to do with the office of the president. This is disgraceful not to say the least and like every other Nigeria leaders who have ruled us, Buhari has also shown not to be different from the pack, but we deserve the Leadership we get. The government is a reflection of the people and if there is a bad leadership, it's only a reflection of the society we are. I do remember your monicker young man, although I don't comment much on nairaland but have been around long enough and I remember very well how you defend corrupt politicians during the last dispensation but suddenly you've woken up and can dare say in a sane clime the president should resign. How Dare you? You are worst than the politicians out there and like most out there who Turn off their logical cap when it favours them and turn it on when it doesnt favour you, always have it at the back of your mind you are part of the problem of this country and you are no better than the politicians themselves and even worse.
Thank you for your candor and for your 100% support.

It's always important to listen to the two side of the story before drawing inference. If you did follow some of my older thread you hypocritically pulled (with disregard for circumstance), you'll realize some of those actors (Stella, Fashola, Tinubu) did tell their own side of the story. They did explain the circumstance surrounding their decisions. And Stella did resign in the end.

The question sane people should ask is - What is Buhari story? What is driving the stupendous corruption and cover-up for which you 100% agree he should resign? We are not even talking about Ministers and political appointees here, we are talking about a wickedly scheming, deliberately taciturn president which body language, action, and inaction projects corruption, nepotism, and bigotry?

How low do you want to descend comparing this raw evil (buhari) with malaise (Fashola, Stella)? How low do you want to stoop comparing "unbridled corruption" (Buhari) with "ordinary stealing" (Fashole, Stella).

Please humour me.

The President should resign.

In sane clime, when a president is directly enmeshed in corruption situation such as this, he resigned to protect the integrity of the office.

But what do we have here? A man orchestrating and covering for all manners of corruption yet parading himself as saint and victim.

Pls leave Nigerian army alone let them do their work so long as they are killing terrorist.

The have their learned and trained officers with them commanding them.

You don't have any military training to guild them on what to do.
No we will not suffer fool gladly.

If they are working for us, then they must do it properly. They are using my money (tax) to pose with dead body, and you are asking me to look the other way. No way am I going to listen to you!

Perhaps it's a culture in your land to pose with dead body, it is not in my culture. Neither is it international best practice.
I don't think their military training permit them to pose with dead bodies. Unless, they obtain such training in your neck of the wood, in which case they need to be re-trained. The military must be professional at all time.
