Even though that is a cowardly act, but when you look at it critically, you will discover that he is not far from the truth or do you remember how many islamic cleric have died while speaking against boko haram?. Secondly, if it were just about religion, it would have been easier but there is politics and power play in most of these terrorist acts making it more complicated to fight or what do you say about Tony blair apologising for invading iraq. A move which he admitted may have contributed to the rise of ISIS.

I agree with you on increased import duty on rice to discourage importation but to be on the safer side, certain things has to be in place before it's implementation.
