They position in 3/4 different locations just from omole to berger since 9am, changing location. I tot of putting drivers on alert, but at d same time I'll end up being drag and middle finger for bringing panic or false news, so I rest my case.

Lol, boss u wicked oo grin I took her to badore to & fro and got 10k including tolls. All I'm saying inbtw d more than 1 hr she promised lightly (ended using 4hrs) and them refusing to peg a figure or go on a concrete agreement, I decided not to sit on promise and continue with my normal daily target, if my chess fall in place, good and if it doesn't, so b it, all I lost is d 900 deh were supposed to pay, but choose to use it as a rope to tie me down, but I see it as giving up d queen, for a beta come back.

Inbtw, I didn't force anything on dem, I just let it breath and they even ask me to come back today

I can't think of going 6 hrs trip on bolt, nah HBP go k*ll person, make I end trip come see 700, nope! Just can't go thro that 6 hrs torture not knowing whats my fate like, that 6hrs will b like d years madiba spent in prison.

MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!!!

I have received my money. No the fraudster didn't pay. Our own Radautoworks paid the debt for the scammer. I didn't get it the first time she requested for my banking details because I wasn't expecting that till she asked for it the second time. Even while sending it, I was wondering why she was requesting for it. To cut the long story short. She wired 35k into my account paying for the fraudsters debt. I was wowed by her action. I haven't experienced such magnanimity in my life before and it's such a big lesson. Thank you very much Aunty Radu.

The fraudster actually called me this evening after over a year of blocking me and not answering my calls. I don't if it's because of a stern SMS I sent him earlier or the calls you guys have made to him.
Thank you guys for the good work.

Like I initially promised, I will distribute N500 airtime to at least 20 people active on this thread. I know most people wouldn't want to post their phone numbers here so it will go like this:
1. Send me a PM
2. I will get your moniker from the PM and use it to ascertain if you are active on the thread. Being active simply means that first you must be an Uber/bolt driver and must have made at least one post on the ehailing thread.
3. If I ascertain that you are active, I will request from you via email the phone number you want the airtime on and the mobile carrier.
4. I will then send the airtime to the phone number you will provide.
5. You will have to come back to the thread to say that you received the airtime.

So it's that simple. Let's get it started.
Shey I'll not goan marry like dis? Onome, Bisi, Aisha, Farida or Nkiru which one will I pick like dis...

I'm sure if I marry 2, Aunty Radu will give me 70k, abi lemmi make it 3!

Thanks maamie, d lord will honour u, u shall not know shame.

It's up to you bro. This job demands firmness and all, know when to apply. Picked up a very rude lady with a very thick Igbotic accent this morning from Lekki gardens, Hi-tech Road. She talks with this massive aggression. I decided to remain calm and not disturb the mad man that lives inside of me. This idiot was going to Abraham Adesanya, about 2km away from pickup. Getting to Petrocam, she said she will use the ATM, a crowded ATM. Said it in her usual authoritative manner with that thick accent. So I will have to wait for you to go through this cue? That was when the mad man that liveth in me woke up. I exploded immediately in anger. Told her I wasn't going to wait and besides she doesn't know how to talk. Seeing how my eyes have changed, she behaved immediately and stepped back into the car. Trip ended minutes later, gave her one star and moved. If someone is asking you to wait for an hour. Tell her to pay you 5k or move. She will get another ride. Drop her stuffs on the floor and move. I have dropped a man and his luggage (toilet seat) in front of a bank before for time wasting. No crime.

Good evening all, I don't mean to be rude, but I have been asking lots of questions about e-hailing, but no one seems interested in helping out. None the less I believe you guys could still be of help. I wanted to ask if it's advisable to take a loan to purchase a vehicle for e-hailing in Lagos
Nope! Not advisable.

Bolt/Taxify are mad!!!
Took this lady from vi to freedom way.
We went to eko hotel first and I waited for more than one hour. She begged me to wait cos her stuffs were inside my car. When she came I checked the price was N1,300. Got to her destination Price was N1,700 from eko hotel with toll gate fee to freedom way. Bolt wrote price was recalculated cos of poor route. She gave me 2k and ask me to keep the change. I do not expect the fare to be less than 2k. I think I will stop waiting for Bolt rider. Some will tell u wait for me after-all my money is reading.
Bolt app is not reading well right now, I don't know if any1 use to get the estimation blah blah due to poor network, if u pass toll gate, just pray they add it or u review.

About waiting; most of us got trapped in this based on our mood, try not to wait for riders or u base it on what they r set out to do, if they want to use sterling bank, no prob, but GTB is a no no for me. I did sometin crazy yesterday, may come out somehow, but I was restless cos I can't learn on hope. I got a ride yesterday from a man in Ikoyi, he wants me to take his wife to shoprite ard toll gate and bring her back to Ikoyi, as we r going, she told me I'll take her to phase 1 to get juice, so I got curious and ask her how long do she intend to use in shoprite, she said "More than an hour", in broda shaggi posture I exclaimed more ke! Madam pls let me call ur husband, I tot is just a quick buy and go something... She was like no no pls stay, you r cool, I prefer to have u ard, ohk ma! U can go, but I'll call ur husband and talk this out. I call the husband and told him, can't stay dis long, it have to b an offline sometin or deh pay me for d ride so far? so we did offline with promise of I'll do u well and to me well is relative. I left my app on, working ard lekki to Lagos island and to d glory of all dis woman spent 4hrs shopping... When she's done, she told me to take her to badore, b4 dropping her at Ikoyi, another 2hrs waka. Las las d effort was worth it.

And they have removed all the weekend bonuses, these guys are blood suckers.
Maybe it will even help drivers realize Uber pays them better las las.
Do 20 trips then the rest on 3%, is it not better?
With what they are doing it's likely Uber will take over the market in due time.
The problem with Uber is they block drivers at will, they should just water down their standard small na Naija we dey.
grin

Their proudness haven't done them any good
Just leave Uche and d geng alone, they have colorbi riders and think it ends dia... This morning I picked a rider and she was complaining abt uber, for same destination uber estimated 8k, bolt estimation was ard 4k. I'm indifferent abt dia latest action, they have been pushing me to drive beyond my limit lately, completed 40 trips in 3 days and d 5% won't let me rest, got home late last night, right now! All my body is paining me, I feel like sleeping, d short trip is not helping matters, once I hit 10, I may call it a day till Wednesday.

Cos I want to make a turn under d bridge... Madam said its actually ikorodu, pull over and told her I can't go ard 9pm. She made fake transfer and that's it till today, she even threatened me with juju when I called.

If one can get her Mom's contact and report the incident to her, that's different. Her reactions too can warrant such spin-off too.

WE can go ballistic on her, through every means possible, that's okay. But using her mother's picture at this stage, to me, is a tad too much and going overboard.
