Yes boss, to d point I have to use the tootle most of the day to start, if first rolling is not starting. But as at this moment, driving from sangotedo to phase 1, car runs smooth. Taking off tomorrow, listening to our Oga Gazzuzz advice.

So what was the rider's reason for not paying the complete fee? Did miss road while on the trip or take a route she didn't like? But then reviewing a trip or reporting a rider's misbehaviour is waisting time on taxify. I had an issue with my riders the other day and they threatening me with the usual we will report you slogan. I discreetly sent a message to Uber and they replied immediately while the riders were still in my car because they refused to get down. I don't know why taxify don't attend to issues on time. Yet they claim to be an IT company.

Taxify is officially losting this battle, I guess they are the lazy youths PMB is talking about. Did a review on taxify for same distance, while lite start from 520, normal taxify is from 920. No wonder everyone on taxify has been complaining of low request... Why pay more for almost the same service? if not the same.


Inbetwern house I'm in serious issue right now. In the habit of maintanence, I told a rewire to change my fuel pump... While he was changing it, I noticed the dirt from the fuel fitter, and I asked him to wash d fitter and as well service the nozzles, but he went ahead to put a bad pump (car did not start, he have to return the old one before the car could start) and convince me about adding thinner to the fuel, its a way of cleaning the fitter and nozzle, so I agreed. But ever since I notice car stops to fire once the fuel is getting to quarter and exhaust starts shooting, now is at half tank and same thing is happening, mainland to ajah, once I get to traffic, car won't fire, have to off the engine and start again like 4 times before getting to ajah. Please my oga's anyone kind enough to help out with what's best to do at this stage as my Kazeem says is damaged airflow matter. I plead for ur concern. Thanks

How can u say he shouldn't use map or calculate price,what if he doesn't know his rider's destination and the need arises to make use of the map? I calculate price on each and every trip,and once I notice the trip calculation is having issues I will quickly tell the rider so I can end the trip and we start again. And the previous fare must be included. All depends on how u explain it to them. And some will say no time for all that,let's do offline.

Hopefully u meet with an understanding rider always, if its the type that doesnt care, you are in for a long thing. From my end I know such bugs d app and its best to just b on the safe side, if you most use map, just use it to get away from the axis you don't understand or use direction but don't start.

You didn't say anything about map, b4 I profess possible solution. If you have to keep using map, just do that from google map, ask for direction, but don't start. Better if you can get an iPhone, but using adriod phone on taxify lately is at ur own risk, pray u don't carry raiders that will Pity for you, especially she devil girls dat can calc price in traffic.

Taxify app is just too trashy. I already have three complains just within a month on taxify.
Check out the pickup location and drop-off location.
I never had any problems with uber but their fares are too low.
Making a complain on taxify is just useless cos I reviewed a trip since last week Monday but got no feedback since then. So I didn't bother reviewing, was contended with what riders paid

Stop using map, don't calc price., just start ur trip & let ur phone be. Not a guaranty dough.

LORD GOD! I am terribly hurting right now. I got engaged to the sweetest and cutest girl I ever knew.we have been dating for 2yrs now. Late last year i arranged with my people and we went to collect the list after meeting her people. Lol! It happened to me twice, more reason I hate airport riders, always late to catch flight and pin it on you as if you are the reason for their lateness. These 2 ladies requested for a ride from lekki phase 1 going to shoprite at toll gate around 6pm and I warn them of the traffic and situation out there. They said "No problem" so deh keep directing on short cut until we get to the road deh are constructing that lead to admiralty. We have not even spend up to 10 mins in the traffic and the next thing I hear babe "is like we go take okada" deep within I was like you girls you better stop this play.... Next I hear! Oga end the trip... I was forced to ask, what happens to me? Did i just open my eyes and drove into traffic? Or if I have to spend 2 hrs here, the cost is on me? Oga! We have change our mind, we are not going again, just end the trip. I just told them to get down and keep the 700 naira to dia self. Ladies can b so devilish and inconsiderate most time

Uber does not play fair, but I drive a minimum of 3hours when I can from 7pm and still average a minimum of 5k I never exceed 12mid night.

Work smart

I understand the work smart of a thing which include rejecting request as long as back trip is not sure, lately I stopped going to Ago or Ikorodu side and lekki is just the hub... Funny enough all drivers are heading towards one route now. But the main thing still remain uber need to treat drivers well, I hail those driving for 14hours for 7days. I can't knock their hustle, just feel so indifferent about it.

I saw a uber drivers forum online and the members are American uber drivers and you need to see how they were lamenting about the ridiculous cheap rates on uber, Some riders laugh when you tell them the fare and shake their head in pity, car owners and uber are partners and it's so shameful that uber have decided to cheat it's partners, have been doing only taxify for the past two weeks now and it's better, am done with uber I mean you put your car on the road and take risks everyday, the wear and tear of the car is your burden infact you are taking the major risk while they just sit down in the comfort of their office and charge 25% after all the stress you have through, If its possible and drivers can co-operate I beleive we can all boycott uber and show them that they are nothing without the drivers

I use uber to set location when I'm done or not sure of the traffic in my position.... But like you said boss, boycott is just the right medicine. All drivers should just switch off their app for 2 days only. Their brain will reset.

I hardly comment on this post, but I've think through this and I feel it's necessary to share, when it comes to profitability Taxify is far better and the riders are getting to know uber is cheap compare to taxify. I use both app, but with the way things are going uber may have egde if ruiders prefer them because of their cheap rate... But to make things flow better, no matter the situation, drivers should stick to taxify, when riders find it hard to get ride on uber, they have no choice but to use taxify.

Its so pathetic when riders dash out money with pity "its to cheap".

Good morning my top bosses in the house... Please car jerk once its about to accelerate to top speed, ( just once, until it comes to rest again) but if peddle gentle, the jerk won't be noticed or a bit. Hyundai sonata auto drive and have been using it for more then a month like that, but giving me concern.
