Was there any operation of DSS in ekiti state of recent? This man is just saying rubbish for talking sake There you go. It's actually you that should check your brain because DSS actually invaded Ekiti State. So Fayose was not complaining for nothing. |

rottennaija: Abeg this man should keep quiet. All this while he has been talking, the man no answer, that should remind him that silence is the best answer to a fool. It's you that should keep quiet instead. Buhari has been running Nigeria as if we are still in a one man dictatorship. Is that ok by you? We need more brave people like Governor Fayose to keep speaking up before Buhari destroys Nigeria. |

ehimare25: This is very very sad for us. The man is a member of my church...Foundation Faith Church, Utako Central, Abuja. That is the parish were the founder, Archbishop Sam Amaga preaches. This man take certain responsibilities in the church which sometimes brings him to the pulpit. His daughter who just graduated is a gospel singer. The man is a devout christian and a steadfast believer. I wonder why he ended like this. I can remember the last service I saw him in attendance. He usually sat in the front row They are in a better place. Rip to him, wife and son. It's really sad. I came to know about him after his brilliant performance during the ministerial confirmation hearings. |

As for those students(especially those blind saibuharists) that can't pay their school fees abroad, they should just kponkpi there, when we were telling them the real Buhari we know, they never cared to listen.
Indeed we have a jihadist as president. The gullible ones have finished us. It would take forever to repair the damage Buhari would cause by the time he is done with us. And that is if there would be any Nigeria left to repair. |

I thought the gullible people listened to their equally gullible past governor and turned in their weapons last year. The average Nigerian adult who can afford it, needs to be armed and ready to defend himself or herself. We live in a jungle and people need to understand that. |

I have always known that you can't go to qatar from Nigeria direct
Normally when you want to do that.. You need to go to dubai or saudi first. And then from there you wont have a problem...

abiolert: Its high time the Nigerian army put a stop to the incessant harassments of her citizens that she has sworn to an oath to protect. I have never seen nor heard o CNN where innocent citizens of America were brutalised or dehumanized, by their own armed forces. Here in Nigeria; it has now become a norm on the street of every part of this country. Its either a cadet is flogging someone in Abuja or another individual is been molested in Lagos, or Port Harcourt. I will suggest that there should be a proper training for the rank and file of the Nigerian army in their approach to how they deal with civilian. And a law that will act as check against this excessive use of force against Civilians in this country, and outright dismissal to any officer or group of officers that may want to flout this laws. Then will there be sanity in the system. To end the brutality of the thugs we call Nigerian soldiers, we need an enlightened president that understands what democracy means. We have never had such a president since 1970. When we vote, we should take that into account. Imagine if we had somebody like Gani Fawehinmi as president. We need someone that can put the military in their proper place in a democracy. |

everything is buhari's fault, isn't there a governer in the state
some people will even call buhari if two people're fighting on the street.. WTF?! Stop being silly. When did governors start controlling soldiers in Nigeria? I'm sure your position will be different if your mom or aunt or grandmother was among those assaulted by the thugs you call Nigerian soldiers. The governor can take up the issue with the president. But Buhari is the commander in chief of the military. |

Politics › Re: Detained Badeh begs court for bail by poseidon12: 8:41am On Mar 01, 2016 |
Dakad: Since the EFCC arrested these nothern guys, no arewa or any group is protesting on their behalf. But the reverse is the case if it happens to southerners. We really need to grow up if we want to move forward in this, country. Under Obasanjo's regime, when Al Mustafa was being detained, northerners protested. People protest when they feel an injustice. A northerner is in power now so the average northerner feels a sense of ownership of the government. So you don't expect them to be very much involved in protests. If Jonathan had won I'm sure you would have seen a lot of protests against detention of prominent northerners, especially if their rights are being violated as is common now with Buhari regime. I'm sure you are aware of how violence was ramped up under Jonathan. We are still dealing with devastating result (Boko haram) today. Nigerian governments should always follow due process and respect fundamental rights of Nigerians or else there will always be protests. |
Politics › Re: Detained Badeh begs court for bail by poseidon12: 8:26am On Mar 01, 2016 |
Incompetent EFCC. Always playing to the gallery. Always rushing to detain before concluding investigation. And then they will eventually go to court and lose the case not because the person is not guilty but because proper investigation was not done. |
