Your people need to organise the youths to form vigilantes. They need to be well armed to fight off the Fulani herdsmen. The community leaders need to be in charge of the vigilantes. The Benue State government is obviously useless. The people need to take charge of their security. I hope your people were not part of those that turned in their guns to the last government. |

Nalikedis: Imagine, Americans only concern is that Boko haram is a threat to their citizen not minding its effect on the family of the 20k that were killed and the 2.5 million displaced. Thank God Nigeria Army has made and are making tremendous progress, may the good Lord empower them more. Why should I rejoice on hearing this kind of news when I am not pro-boko haram Please be informed that the only goal of the U.S. government in their international relations is the protection of U.S. interests. And it's the same with any other responsible government except Nigeria. Our people are naïve to think that U.S. is concerned about our safety. |

dammytosh: Mention the territories.
Boko haram should bring their usual propaganda video showing flags in our Local Government Area.
That is the simplest thing to ask.
But wailers abandon common sense just because they want to criticize.
The same US that approved money to enter Iraq because of chemical weapon ? After killing thousands, there was no weapon any wia.
The m0r0nic wailers know all these, but anything negative about the country excites them.
Jokers. No amount of "We tell them" will derail us as a country so brace up for 3- 7 years of unlimited wailing !!! Keep deceiving yourself. |

ghostofsparta: Go do your research about the Fulanis and you will learn that they never forgive nor forget so your Urhobo people should brace themselves for they are coming for them as well. I believe the Urhobo people only defended themselves against the aggressors. Right to self defence is fundamental. People should always be vigilant and security conscious and should be prepared to defend themselves when attacked. Are you suggesting that we should all submit ourselves to being slaves of the Fulani because they don't forgive and might come back to attack in 100 years? We should all arm ourselves well enough to at least defend ourselves. |

This is where you need the Nigerian Army to do its constitutional job of protecting the sovereignty of Nigeria. But they would be missing in action. They would be busy shooting unarmed IPOB protesters and ganging up to beat civilians inside the cities. And you will not see stupid and clueless Mr. Daura of the useless DSS in action here. He is busy playing partisan politics. It's really frustrating to have fools at the helm of affairs. |

Montaque: Buhari has integrity. I know he will recall his kids from the UK or at most source £ or € from the black market. He is a humble man, and simple. He hates corruption and double standard. I firmly believe he will. I doubt you know about the 53 suitcases incident years back when Buhari came in as military head of state. The Naira was just changed as part of steps to curb corruption. Every body entering the country was subjected to a search to prevent people bringing printed currency to sabotage the anti corruption effort. Well, the Emir of Gwandu came in with his 53 suitcases. Customs wanted to search but were prevented from searching by Buhari's ADC who happened to be the Emir's son. Don't you see hypocrisy here? |

NobleAngell: No. Buhari didn't say that. He wouldnt dare. He didn't smoke FFK's weed so there's no way he would have said that. But if he did, we are really in more trouble than we think. Buhari actually said that. You need to watch his interview with Al Jazeera when he went to Qatar. He confirmed that he has taken Nigeria to join the Islamic coalition against terror. The interviewer pointed out that Christians in Nigeria will complain. That's when he then made the statement those Christians should go fight the boko haram. |

The focus is the fight against terror, any other issue (such as islamization) is simply a baseless distraction. Clap for yourself. Of course you will see the systematic islamization of Nigeria as objective. No surprise there. |
