That part you said about money is what I suspected. That day we met after I got back, I wanted to be romantic and take a walk with her but I guess she wanted more than a romantic stroll, because after the stroll, I noticed a change in her responses but I just brushed it off.

So this is what i did that enabled me to quit: I stopped watching porn or anything that can trigger an arousal. I did this because back then, I would only masturbate if I watched porn or looked at sexual images. So naturally, I had to quit porn so I can quit masturbation. I even avoid checking out girls' profile pictures or checking girls out in real life. No sexual thoughts, no sex-related chats with anyone. I rarely sleep facing down, its either sideways or on my back. So basically, you have to avoid your triggers completely and at all costs

Secondly, I used affirmations like this one: "I have become completely chaste" I repeat these words 20 times to myself convincingly everyday without missing a day (it goes permanent within 2 months time if it works for you). If you dont want the hassle of repeating this exercise, you can opt for Hypnosis. I think Hypnosis works better. A Hypnotherapist will typically hypnotise you to stop masturbating and trust me, you will never masturbate again in your life, ever. Don't take my word for it, you can try it. Lastly, I use 528 Hz frequency audio to heal my brain. 528 Hz is a healing frequency that can restore one's DNA to its original condition, thereby restoring your brain to its original condition too.
