Why should she work and stop searching for a man to take care of get and her family, when a fully grown man is not working for 2 entire years and being taken care of by a woman, her sister? Productivity only applies to women, otherwise it is acceptable to a man to be leeching for years, right?

A lot of bitter broke leeching men will be angry at you. If your sister didn't feed him, would he still want to be with her? She must remember that most men are ingrates when they get money. He's likely just using her.

They didn't see the place the OP said he has even refused to look for menial jobs, is it not his mates that are hustling at computer village and alaba standing in the sun looking for customers to take to a shop to purchase goods and then get a cut.

Why would you marry someone that doesn't have a job or have something that brings income In this present Nigeria ?

The Truth is a gal can’t wait for a guy for ever bt the most important thing isn’t the guys present condition bt his character, mentality and current goals and actions. These are the markers that should tell u if he’s serious or not. Anyone can loose their jobs bt a focused person will get back up. That said 2 years is a long time to be idle so tell me what has he been doing or trying out in the last 2 years? From this we can immediately determine if he is a time waster or serious humanbeing.

Ur sister is at a major crossroad in her life which almost every gal gets, the wrong choice can be very costly. She should remove emotions from the matter and judge based on the right yardsticks not because she’s been dating one for 4 years or the other has a job and a house.

I wouldn’t let them be, all some people have to offer is promise of love and marriage bt there has to be a balance and a drive to sustain these words or u will be tied down with a time waster. U spent money on a gal doesn’t give u the right to tied her down if Ure not ready either. Some guys will even free the gal because they don’t want to be self or guilty of wasting her time. The gal needs to re access the guy and know what his plans are after 2 years of joblessness.

We can understand if in those two years he has tried but it hasn't worked out, but idling around without making any effort is totally inexcusable. I'm finding it hard to believe the OP though because I sense she just doesn't like her sister's boyfriend so nothing he does will be good enough.

If she is being unbiased in her narration (which I don't believe she is), then this boyfriend in question is a leech of mega proportions. However, love is blind. She should leave her sister to learn the hard way. 2years comfortably living off a woman! Who does that?
