See it's tough everywhere,every organization will milk you dry regardless of how much they are paying you. Never despise your days of little beginning, they are the years that thought you the experience you will need I'm the future. Now as regards to witchcraft attack, my brother life is spiritual. Every organization bows to a deity(be it God or devil). It's not left for you to fight back(God is the only option for you there).

Continue to improve your skills,learn and get certification in courses that you drive passion from, let your job take care of some bills for you. As for the working hours I understand,but you just have to sacrifice for better days ahead.

Don't quite your job,rather search for another while still on this job.

For the spiritual aspect seek for prayers and be committed to God.

For the stress aspect ask yourself if you can afford to be dependent on people with insults that follow?

You can't abandon a paying job for one that you haven't earned a dime from and still learning.

Hunger will not meet you.

If you are not married yet, take any risk to become what you're meant to be. If marriage meet you still at that place. You will ultimately fall apart if the working condition remains constant.

Never you quit a job tht pays u 50k and above in this country until u have saved or invested alot to do so. No friend or family, I repeat no friend or family fvcking cares about you. You will understand this line the moment u quit that job. Better respect urself n stay back there first whilst u package ur cv an apply for other baking jobs with better pay elsewhere.

If you quit that job now, even those that call u boss and senior man will all spit on u after seeing u in d house for some time.

I stayed good 5yrs after nysc at home(I live alone in d city) without a job. Was surviving it but wasnt that easy before I was landed my first mega appointment. Quote me,during that 5yrs,even my own mum was insulting me each time she calls me on fone reminding me how my mates v made it n I was wasting my life without knowing what I was passing through in d city. I felt so depressed almost wanted to take my life but here I am today. Am not earning million but I feel better than before.

So bros,stay back there n seek for better opportunities. Make use of the internet agressively. Apply for jobs. Belive me, with ur experience..u will always get interview invite. Once ur close in getting another job,u then leave that one ur doing now

I don't think you can learn any tangible thing from YouTube, graphics designing is a broad field and YouTube videos are not in-depth.they are just like Google to get information about something,you can't use/watch the videos to become a professional in graphics designing,there is so many things you need to know and YouTube videos won't cover that.youtuber are also hustling for money, that's why they make their videos short and brief.i know how many years I spent in learning different tools used for graphics design.Graphic design is a good skills.

Modify-: Only people that have Professional knowledge on the topic and have tour youtube very well will understand what am saying. To discuss everything concerning a Training program on video will run into terabytes of mobile data. You can only discussed some part of it. Because NIGERIANS love free things, they are ok with their limited knowledge. They will claim they learn something on youtube, yet they will keep asking foolish questions concerning what they claim to learn. Too much love for free things will limit you from getting quality knowledge. Youtube video is just to assist people who already have a foundation (quality training) on what they want to learn

Save up learn a skill especially digital marketing, implement all you've learnt, in 3 to 6month you'd be glad you made the right decision

I started my web design business and lots of others just after watching a video on YouTube. But I didn't quit where I was. I watch the videos every midnight. Till one day, someone in Ghana and a solar company in USA gave me a website to design. Afterwards, I started my business.
Mind you, I still work elsewhere, while I have my businesses. Checking reports, etc by midnight.


It would cost you a lot of discipline. But stick to it for a year. You can leave the job afterwards. My take...

Your problem is fa from stress, your salary is the issue, if you have a better option resign, but if you dont have , set a goal for your self with your little salary, be a little bit patients, most of us started working with 25k but as time goes on things change, learn to save little to secure your tomorrow. as you are there, you can as well be looking for a better offer or think of business to to.

My guy am serious, I learnt it on YouTube. I have been servicing it since last year and it's working perfectly even more than when I was paying to service it.

To Op, I got MSc degree in one of the best Universities in central Europe by using mainly internet and YouTube was my best teacher. If you know how to make use of that thing called 'google', you can learn virtually everything. Check out udemy also, it's really cheap to buy courses there.

The moment you are afraid to jump, that's when you should jump. The greatest fear limiting our potentials in lives is the fear of the unknown. you are spending 14 hours for a job of net salary of 54k naira. Na wa o. Save a little you know that can sustain you, and go and grab those skills that will give you an edge over others. It's increasingly competitive everyday.

Let me give you an advice based on personal experience. Working with a microfinance bank.
Is a pure waste of time, energy and destiny. The owners are profit oriented without the love of the staff in there heart. The challenges you may likely face is not explainable to someone who is not in the system. Many people you meet there are solely tied down down to one debt or the other. You are still fresh RUNNNNNNNN from mfi or mfb.

My candid advice for you is to stay with your current job and start learning or enrol for one of these skills���
I’m 100% assuring you that if you could go for any of them especially affiliation, you’d be realising your salary in 100 folds within a very short time.

My brother you're on the right path, like seriously what would 54k do for you in this current economy, don't waste your time on that job my friend, for now continue learning and horning your skills at graphics designing and once you feel you're good to some level, open a gig on fiverr or any other freelancing website, after 2-3 months, nobody will tell you to quit that slave job. Trust me this is exactly what I did back in 2016 and today I'm better for it, for me I didn't even start any job, I rejected all those low life job offers and instead went on YouTube and downloaded videos on graphica, I focused on cartoons then, I learnt Photoshop, AI and how to draw cartoons all on YouTube my brother and after like 4 months then I opened my first fiverr account and the rest is history.

Fiverr is already saturated. You guys should pity those of us that are already in this business.
