I will suggest you visit a dermatologist in a teaching hospital that is close to your area. Until proven otherwise, this looks like an ulcerated melanoma or a malignant mole.

Bros, if you are close to Ngwa people in Abia state, go there immediately. They know the cure.

Op this is your solution, I once heard Ngwa people discussing it and it's just the way yours is. They are the ones that sends it to their enemy and they're the ones that cures it, hospitals will not cure it

Check for underlying conditions that might slow down healing. Like diabetes. You need to do a full blood test too.

Look for charcoal, grind and apply on top of the wound. Two times within three days and thank me later. Don't wash the face very well after the first apply so that the face is not defaced of charcoal of the first apply while applying second one the following day.

Was any test conducted at the hospital you went to? Blood test or skin tissue tests b4 drugs were prescribed to you? If not then look for another hospital and get a thorough checkup. Asking people here what kind of disease you have is the worst way to diagnose it.

See a Dermatologist to take a sample and run a test, not just seeing any doctor.
I'm suspecting it's a fungi infection, the dermatologist will prescribe the right drugs for you and cream to use.

Leave it, it'll dry by itself.
It's happened to me before,
I just woke up and saw a big boil on my shoulder, I don't know how it got there, it's surprising.
When I burst it, it was so deep.
I just concluded that it's probably a wall gecko that bite me cos I don't know how it got there.
