avoid sex with her completely and study her ovulation period for some months. Having gotten it then you can have sex with her the very first day of her ovulation.

Whichever sex the child's turn out to be, just know that you are responsible for that and not your wife. Men spermatozoa is the sole determinant of child sex and not woman's egg

I hope you're rich because you can't be poor and be this selective. With the right money, you can decide the gender of your kids. If the only way you can make her conceive is by grinding her, then you're on your own.

Was asked this question in an exam during my undergraduate days... The answer to which was
1, do not drink or smoke at least a month before sexual activities. The male sperm cells are quite weak compared to the female.it doesn't take much to kill them.
2, do not engage in strainous activities at least a week before the act, including vigorous sexual activity. You should just lie back and allow her do all the work. Reason is the same as above.
3, as you mentioned in your comment, meet your wife on the day of her ovulation or when you are sure she has ovulated and not before. Reason is same as above. The male sperm cell, I.e the cell that carries the Y chromosome, is weaker than female (X chromosome) carrying cell. If they all enter the birth canal at the same time during ejaculation, and do not meet an egg on ground, the female sperm cells can survive for like 3 to five days waiting for the egg to be released thus outlasting the male sperm cells which die out in like one or two days.
So Mr man, take a few days break from sex and use the time to fast and pray, then target when she has ovulated and have an intercourse using these few tips I have shared with you and I pray God gives you your hearts desire. I would have loved to tell you to stop looking for male child and face your female children but it would be abit hypocritical of me being that I have both male and female children and I thank God for giving me both. The man may be annoying but it's not exactly that straight forward. The pH of the woman's body can also contribute, plus other factors which neither of them directly control.

Let me make it clear once again that this assertion is rarely true. I can defend my position on this anywhere!

Although biology made us know that the father's contributions of X or Y chromosomes determine the sex of the fetus, it did not fully explain the other factors that come into play in deciding fetal sex.

Most men give out both the X and Y chromosomes in each ejaculatiion, while the mother's body, in many cases, select which chromosomes succeeds in fertilization and ultimately decides fetal sex.

This is not to say I dislike the girl child, just trying to correct that long held lie that men solely decide fetal sex.
