most times communication is the key to conflict resolution,a wife that helped her husband to raise and hustle money for land and have more to plan for building a house is a home maker,the husband should have listened closely to his wife and maybe passed his own reasons why they need a car,they may compromise on a cheaper car,the problem I feel was caused by buying a costly car with money that could have built a bungalow,it does not make sense living as a tenant and you buy a #4-5m car,while you have empty land,does not make sense.

How f the car bought is a good grade Toyota brand it can be an asset because of its second hand market value and savings on transportation. The man may know clearly well what he is doing. A womanizer, drunkard, and spend thrift like I would describe him got a better result than I did at a particular project I was stunned. The man was everything but stupid.

The man is a Fool. Na wetin him wan use car do? Car could break down at anytime and the price could depriciate with time but building a house is a lifetime investment. He could have rented some of the rooms while they live in 2rooms. I percieve they are even living in a rented appartment.
