There are several countries you can use 5 million to Japa to. Including Canada.
I am not interested in traveling out for now.

emmanuelewumi:
It was based on the monthly cash flow or turnover on your account.

I have been asking the guy for his average turnover but no answer.

Probably it is a new business with no track record
Maybe you haven't understood me yet.

I am yet to start as funds are limiting me. Or are you asking for my statement of account?

emmanuelewumi:
Agriculture is too risky to give an unsecured loan to a newbie investor in the industry.
Risky? Not really!

Especially when it has to do with cassava production.

You are yet to start and you are asking for N5 million unsecured loan for 5 years, do you want the bank to join the statistics of money given to start ups that became bad debt

If you have 100k start with it. You can be doing buying and selling, that is one of the easiest things to do in order to raise funds

Thazard:
It's just a start up and I do have a job but it isn't really sufficient for me that's why I want to invest in garri production.
If I may ask, how much do you have as the fund you have saved up for this business
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 5:52pm On May 27, 2023
Thazard:
I said it earlier,if I had any means of collateral,I wouldn't be asking of loan without collateral.
When did you graduate? How long have you been working? How many streams of income do you have?

Agriculture is risky.

Agriculture is riskier for a beginner?

How many agricultural ventures have you ever embarked on?

What was your profit margin?

What did you do with the previous profits made from agricultural ventures

6 years repayment plan?

Well I don't really like late payments.

So I am trying to be realistic.
I have gone through your past posts on Nairaland, I see you as jack of all trades.

Your did welding apprenticeship, graphic design, Bitcoin, and different hustles in the last 2 years.

How much have you been able to save up from all these hustle.

My instincts tell me that you will fail in this agricultural venture.

I will advise you to create a thread on where to get a collateral free loan of N5 million

I am sorry you are not good for business, you worked for 3 years and you have no savings. Then you expect a loan of N5 million without collateral. It can't work

I am sorry you are derailing this thread

Go through the over 30 threads you stated on Nairaland .

You are also very active on the football betting section of Nairaland, this is a red flag .

I won't be surprised if you use half of the loan to bet, reason why you don't have savings after working for 3 years

There is one 500k loan ready for me @ Acess bank based on turnover. It is on 4% monthly interest for 3 months.Pa Emma this one is also unsecured loan looking for who to grab it.

The guy can still get up to 5m unsecured loan if he talks to his account officer but the interest rate of 48% per anum is worrisome.
Please how do I get access to this?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by emmanuelewumi(m): 6:34pm On May 27, 2023
Don't get me wrong it is very possible to work for 3 years without savings, but one would have used part of the money earned to buy things that can be sold to raise money.

But that clown does not have savings and does not have anything to sell in order to raise money for his proposed agric business

It is very possible for one to work in Nigeria for 3 years without any saving. Our background differs. Some have it very rough.

Oga pity party takes you nowhere. The truth is that you have not shown any sign of seriousness towards achieving your goal. Do you have the land you intend to use for farming? Can you cultivate the land manually yourself? That should be a good starting point for you. You won't get any funding from anywhere.
Nobody gives a poor man money

Especially a poor man that is using the little money with him to bet, such people can't be trusted with funds.
