I know a person who receives drips every month because of menstruation. It is accompanied with severe vomiting. Like she'll want to vomit her intestine out.

After she got married and gave birth, everything stopped.

I don't know its medical basis though

Giving birth in this era and raising a child is crazily expensive. Removing your womb without a child can be a lifetime decision full of regret. A choice has to be made innit

I change my pad almost every two hours and bathe with soap each time just to stay fresh but that bloody smell is just so annoying

I get, you perceive the Smell while changing your pads. You can spray a strong perfume in the air while doing do, to lessen the smell.

You can use combined pill hormonal birth pill if the pain is too much until u are ready to have children. I know someone whose pain stopped after childbirth. I know cos i have similar pain u suffering. I even did laparoscopy. But you need to stop sugar, milk and buy original braggs apple cider vinegar and drink everyday by the next period you would notice a lot difference.

You know, when I was a school teacher, I always go home during the first day of my menstral flow or not come to school at all on that first day.
The rest of the teachers thought I was overreacting, only my friend understood that most times it feels like I'm dying.


As soon as I got married, menstral cramps (pain) stopped.
Regular sex deminishes menstral cramps.
Any married woman complaining of menstral cramps hasn't had sex in a while.

Another option that can lessen menstral cramps is having a sex partner.
