I am Yoruba, proudly so. Buh I really would marry any lady be it IBO, Hausa, Edo, Itsekiri, Arab etc but not a full Caucasian. It dont matter to me.

Really? In the case of Igbo woman Yoruba man, although I wouldn't do it myself I have seen plenty of marriages that go well

Yoruba kids always have about 20 names so they can be both Kunle and Dozie as well as Raheem, Martin, Babatunde, Salisu, whatever.

if one parent speaks Igbo to the child and the other speaks Yoruba the child will learn both. Then when they get to school they will pick up English

but I get your point. inter-tribal marriages can be hard work in some cases. but mostly because of the families involved, not the two individuals

lol i get u but when inter-tribal marriages are given a chance it will help reduce many inter-ethnic frictions.... I some know ethnic groups are scared that they will lose their culture, their blood will be mixed with that of other ethnic groups but the thing is inter-ethnic marriages promotes respect, tolerance and appreciation of eachother's tribes. Lets say u marry a yoruba man and have children, it wont be bad for the kidz to learn yoruba and igbo languages and cultures. they can have both yoruba and igbo names with their surname being that of their father. I know inter-ethnic marriages arent easy but they can work when its given a chance. Its requires love, sacrifice and tolerance though. look at peter okoye and lola omotayo, isnt that lovely?

There are very sweet Yoruba girls, very nice ones, mine is just my love for other tribes, I dont wanna marry from my tribe....I wanna experience something different from what I'm used to.
Presently, I love my ibo gf way more dan I loved my 2 Yoruba exes.
