Gudevening, Engineers in the house, my phone LG L60i start misbehaving dis morning, it keeps poping up "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" with dat development i cant make or receive calls and its not bringing up network, i have wiped and restored it to factory settings thinking that might help, but the problem persists. Pls i need to get this phone back running smoothly, i need urgent help. thanks

That is nt the screen. It is the touch pad. The screen is the inner one, the touch is the outer part.

Just go to the "apps" on your settings homepage. click on it, you will some apps installed on ur phone. you should be able to get it their.

i am in lag... yes i know of C.V ... but i wud prefer a contact person there most of them there are never truthful or they tend to use the dollar rate as an excuse to extort... so A Contact person at c.v wud be appreciated..

bros my phone don spoil. I bought the brand new tecno L7 3 months ago and it stopped working yesterday. the battery was low and i switched it off before plugging to a socket. when plugged, instead of displaying charging on the screen, the flash light just flashed twice and that was it, the phone refused to charge or come on ever since. There is little i can do as the battery is not removable. the warranty card is not with me at my present location, what can i do to fix this device?
