For sometime now, my phone (Techno p5) has refused to download apps from Google play store. Each time I try,it writes insufficient memory when I have up to 4gb space. Any idea what could be the problem.

Change the STORAGE settings from PHONE to SD CARD. If problem persists, RESET the factory settings.

Your carlcare service center people are not considerate at all. Went there to change a broken screen and I was told I will have to pay for panel change too. This is a panel that Is working perfectly fine. It's really unfair on Nigerians cos I saw many tecno users at carlcare Ibadan lamenting about the annoying panel change thingy

Goto settings, scroll to "about phone" then click on the build 7times, u will become a developer, go back to settings, then enter "developers option" and click on USB debugging, then connect it to ur system, if it still doesn't appear, u might need to flash d fone

please assist... I have a tecno phone whose battery never charges but always discharges when plugged in regardless of the power rating of the charger. (problem started gradually and was occasional but now seems there's no hope).
the only hope of every charging the battery is with a desktop charger which takes forever.
please is my problem the battery or the charging port... please help identify and advise on probable solutions.

Thanks for your response. It's of no use again. I already fixed it at a very expensive price in computer village. It's just so sad that ur Carl care people could let tecno users down just because they claim it's out of warranty. Thanks once again
