try going to recovery mode (switch off the phone then press the power button+ volume up) and clear the cache from there that should do it

have you tried formatting the phone? if yes then it might be the hardware issue take it to an EXPERIENCED engineer to fix the motherboard for you. Or delete any power saving app and if there is any upgrade try to upgrade the phone
