fast forward in 2016, i started having break ups due to the reason: once i have sex with girls i started having hatred towards them especially when the sex is constantly.

i thought at first maybe it a normal thing due to fact that i love taste random........

until this same occurrence happened yesterday on our first love making, toward me and my long term girl, this girl i love her like mad, am even planing future reference with her, i don't want to lose this same girl because of this hatred.


i tried to discuss this with my friend, and fortunately this happen to some of them(having hatred after having sex)

I doubt that. Alot of young, sexually active, unmarried men can actually relate to what he's saying. What he's experiencing is guilt.
It's nature's way of telling you what you're doing is wrong, but later on some young men have learnt to supress this feeling.
So the best thing for young people is to stay away from sex before marriage.

It is not at all unusual to feel such hate.

In fact it is one of the reasons some guys womanize a lot. Thinking they have now definitely found the girl they love. But same happens after sex.

Once you have "conquered" her, your hunter instinct is to get a "fresh" one.

Fact is that you have not really fallen in love with a girl. Not even the latest you are "planning future reference with", whatever that means.

I feared same feeling so much that I turned down two/three girls who were all over me. One as a teenager, and another was a work colleague years later. I confided in a female friend about the work colleague. That she was really pretty and most guys at work toast her but she refused them.
That as shapely & pretty she was, I had no feelings for her. Though because we were so close, everyone called us bf & gf. But we were NOT.
The female friend advised me not to date her or be intimate with her. That she'd could trap me with pregnancy.

I called her one day and told her the truth. That I had no feelings for her. She'd not even speak to me after that. She looked sick for a few weeks.
The second work colleague seemed like "donatus" in that she had two other guys, gleaned from talking to her. Maybe even more. She liked me but was not in love with me.

She had the most curvy shape you could find. And tall. ALL work colleagues toasted her. ALL. And she told me so. And asked why I never toasted her. Really, people yearn for something seemingly out of reach. It took the Grace of God not to bang her one day. Very close. Before I regained my composure. She was gagging for it and her disappointment was obvious on her face.

A few months later, I left the job. Thank God. Working with her had become very difficult.

In essence, you can feel "dirty" after sleeping with a girl you should not have slept with. The hate you suddenly feel may be partly due to your own guilt. We all have conscience, no matter how hard we try to suppress it.
