all you need to do is to send a hi to the number and they will reply you with a set of instructions you have to follow. Note that you must use the number you provided for receiving alert to perform whatsapp banking

well, unfortunately , you cannot make use of the mobile app without an ATM card because when registering for the app, it will ask you for the card number. But you cal register for first online without an Atm card, you will be needing a token for this which can be gotten from the bank.

Hi, i came to Ukraine on 11th October, I am not currently in Nigeria right now, when i came here, i discovered that i can do transaction on my mobile, because the Airtel sim card was not working here, so i have to send the sim card back to Nigeria, and my brother was with the sim and when ever i want to do transaction he will be helping me with OTP code sent to the number, so recently on Friday i wanted to do transaction, and he discovered that he has lost the sim card, and we couldn't carry out that transaction.
Right now, i have Requested for a hardware token and i want my brother to go to the bank on Monday and get a hardware token for me, because right now i am outside Nigeria so i can't come and collect it myself. So on Monday my brother will be going to the bank, please i want to know if they will allow him to apply and collect the hard token on my behalf.
