Yes, it is true. But then, that will be a case of not meeting the perfect match. That meams they have been meeting good people- but 1/2 factors might not be very compatible. This case is very normal. At least we can sleep knowing that all hope is not lost...

I think the situation is more complex than you give credit. There are few opportunities to meet people nowadays. Especially if you have an occupation. In addition, meeting them is one thing; matching for shared interest, religion, age, socioeconomic class, intelligence and god-knows-what-other factors is another.

We need to embrace singles clubs and bars in Nigeria or some such arrangement.

I really enjoyed your three rants... It made giggle and reflect myself. I'm sorry you experienced such betrayal, it's fine and what's meant for you will find you. I noticed it went over 90% of their heads going by the comments on page 1(it bought me back it was depressing to read the way they respond to your rant) but thanks for the laugh.

lol, i get where you are coming from but the truth is there is no particular place to find a man with "exposure". Even in an intellectual society e.g an educational institution ,exposure is relative. A phd holder can be obselete in current day knowledge.

Having watched alot of documentaries on "mail order bride". I have come the the conclusion that even in the midst of women like "waking into a candy shop" some men still wont make up their minds or spot what they are lookin for.So intimidated or not ,a man who doesn't know what he wants ,exposure or not still wont know how to act even if you throw him in a pool full of women.
