Very narcissistic lot, I swear. The one I dated didn't try to put me down per se (not verbally at least) because he was no match I'd have destroyed him had he tried lol. However, he did make me question the relationship a lot with indecisiveness & mind games. I cannot stand a man that doesn't know what he wants. I have no patience for it. In the end, I fell out of love with him due to those annoying qualities. They never completely go away either. Ugh. Block & delete.

Yeah, what I meant by bringing down your self esteem is that you begin to doubt your ability to make a good decision.
