In my area. The place the indegenes stay is just like this, if not worst.

If u are coming into ph, yes u will see nice roads smooth roads. Settle down look the buildings on your left and on your right hand, you will just know that omen forget oil city.

This city is one large ghetto.

Go to rumuokoro, just behind those shops and plaza all u see brown roofs. Old houses, ghetto, go rumuigbo same thing, go rumuokwuta same thing, go mile 1 or 3 same thing go old port Harcourt same thing, go igwuruta same thing.

With all their oil revenue, Port Harcourt still looks like an average city with plenty of ghettos around. The first picture tells a lot about how the oil wealth in Rivers State is being stolen by few individuals. Come to Owerri and see wonders. You would think that should be Port Harcourt.

Stop talking trash, Port Harcourt or River State is more beautiful than Owerri or Imo State.

I don't know the ops motive....the ops concentrated taking pictures only from a poor and dirty neighborhoods.
Phc is like every other Nigerian city, with well planned and clean areas as well as slum areas. I have never heard of that RUMU in that your pic since my over 20years of staying in phc.
Good luck to the ops though.

you are only seeing the odd side of ph...there are really beautiful places in ph with fantastic roads, 24 hours electricity...etc..
but ph is a million times better than owerri
