Good day nairalanders,I guess this maybe the best section to post this,since this is where I visit most.
The pandemic has granted me an ironic freedom,so I decided to embark on a fitness challenge... It's to run for 60days and today been day 20 I've decided to carry my nairaland family along,who knows I might be inspiring others.


Constructive criticism is allowed!

Been eating lots of protein,fruits,healthy fats and trying hard to avoid junks
Diet has been the hardest part thus far.

Diet has been the hardest part thus far.
Good. Just as you're getting an ideal look, your mood will also become better. I am currently cutting aggressively and I noticed my mood gets better with time, I can also see my cheekbone. Did you experience such?

I also took up fitness challenge since last month. Lost 5kg of pure fat. Doing the final cutting with psmf diet, it's a hard diet but very effective. True, dieting is the most important and also the hardest part. You look good mate. Keep it up.

Your day 1 be like 30days challenge. You must have been exercising before running this new challenge; no way your day one gonna be this good, never!

Not really,do visit the court from time to time with friend... A big fan of bball though.

About going hard on sqauts and lounges,leg has been so stubborn!

What is the purpose(s) of your fitness challenge?? is it for adding more rippness to your muscles or to add more more muscle mass or just to increase your strength?

I noticed your day 1 picture has more defined muscle mass than the rest of the other pictures most especially the pec and shoulder blade muscles.
