Had a similar case. Everything was going well till I lost my job. She couldn't adjust cos she was used to enjoyment. We were going for our marriage course, I had done introduction sef. She just woke up one morning and decided to break ties with me. She aborted the pregnancy.

I had since moved on though.

I don't know what happened to the girls of our time. Our moms suffered well with our dads without complain. Love was REAL and TRUE then. It was beyond money.

God will help our generation!

see ehn, this answer to your question is also in your write up, just go and make money, no need to suffer to show you are truly in love

Not all girls are like that. I spent more than half of my scholarship fund on my ex, well, he spent and I didn't object.
Not all Nigerian girls are leeches, some are willing to help you grow, sometimes at the detriment of their own growth.

My guy, you don't even need to act broke, they are all the same, they are all after your pocket, the only thing that differentiates them is that some of them have something positive to contribute into your life while many of them are just coming to leech.

Why are u guys so quick to tagging all Nigerian ladies as gold diggers?
Yes, some ladies are more interested in the money of guys but some just want someone who will give them peace, love and respect

Its really not fair on the side of ladies who work hard and pay their bills

Women generally love to be cared for but not every girl is after money.

Some nigerian ladies are very contented and even encourage men to be their best

Thats if you want to be fair in your judgement

So, if a lady, particularly a foreign lady, decided to invest 25k in you, it is seem as okay, but if a lady, particularly a Nigerian lady, wants you to invest as little as 2k in her, it is seen as a disturbance as if you owe her generation money?

You can see how hypocritically disgusting you male of nl are, it is okay for you to be a gold digger, but it is not ok for a lady to be a gold digger abi?

Pathetic creatures all of you.

who said something about me Golddigging.... lols, she herself said it... I Dont request money from women.. I no be Dangote, but I be Spec...
lols... How many Nigerian ladies know something about investment, Are you telling me taking a lady out every weekend is Investment...
Taaaaaaah... Na dem full shiloh pass, thank God Shiloh is around the corner, we dey see dem every year coming out last day of shiloh because of husband,
let me tell you what's special about this lady that is absent in Girls(Nigerians)I've met oh I forgot to tell u she's older than me....She's always talking about Useful things and not just food, clothes , shopping bla bla....
I see many single beautiful girls in my church( living faith) and I keep asking why are these pretty creatures single... I got the shocker of my life last 2 Sundays when a single lady I thought is a marriage material Fought aggressively in church after service.... Moya look away

Why is Jumoke trending on Twitter?

Jumoke has been trending on Twitter since yesterday, check why here;

'If you must choose a lady to marry in Nigeria, one of the criteria is to act as if you are BROKE for at least few months. I mean act REAL BROKE to an extent of asking her for N500 You must know if she pretends or not . If not you only postponed her true nature .

These ladies don't know that event change in life - A well to do guy of today can become poor tomorrow and a poor guy of today can be Rich tomorrow. They don't care about tomorrow anymore but today.'
There is no need for all that old fashion archaic way of looking for wife.If you know you are very particular about avoiding gold diggers, then look for the working class lady that you know will support you in the marriage. A lady from a good family with good morals. If you like her personality and you both like yourselves and share the same ideology to life then you are good to go. All these una acting to be poor becos you are afraid of Gold diggers, just dey weak me..Except you are a millionaire or billionaire, then I will understand.

You were planning marriage with a 23 years old who still wants to rock her young age.
Get a responsible matured lady and see the difference cos there are ladies who quietly takes care of their man financially.
I have seen a few but not all ended well cos the guys played on them.

Sorry for your experience

All I know is men who get crazy women have dumped good girls in the past because to them she was not sharp and rough like they want them. They dump girls when they like and how they like but when karma hits them with real bi.tches when they are ready to settle down they start crying up and down like premature babies shior!!!

It's not really about girls, it's a common human factor.

Money attracts alot of fake friends

U know ur real friends when u are broke or in need.

If u are broke n jobless u will be deserted by all except may be ur mother cool

Does suffering equate for being a wife material? What kind of poverty mentality is that?
No it doesn't but many men do it to test the person. So many women today, marry because of what a man have.Regina Daniel is an example. We all heard that NED dated her for three fu**king weeks.Who does that?
She married him ASAP because of MONEY.
So many girls are very materialistic. My mum told me of a woman that marry a rich man and all of a sudden, things were not going smooth.Guess what this stupid woman did? She run away from their child.
I will surely do the same thing not that I will behave like a broke guy ooo but i will never act like a very well to do guy.Let say,i earn 500k monthy,i will behave like a guy earning 100k first. Some girls are pretendERS.They will be behaving like Angels but once a financial problem come out, they will start behaving like Demons.I don't blame guys that do such.

I bail my daughter out. This is marriage not some frivolous affair.

If I were you I will bail her out now by advising her to strive for financial independence so that she won't make it a do or die thing to be with a rich guy...

Wealth is a continuum and most young guys in their late 20s or early 30s are still developing their wealth so it will be unrealistic for her to make that a criterion

This one is feeling pained because she rejected you, pele you will be fine,

No she's not a gold digger, she's a lady that knows her worth, she's a lady knows what she wants and go for it, and in this case, she does not want a cleaner, which is well within her right and preferences, just because you expect every lady to conform in your limited thought process, doesn't mean it will happen, so accept it and be at peace

And sorry nothing will happen when your paths cross again, she will still look at you and pass even if you present yourself as a doctor cos she has self dignity.
she knows her worth because he is a cleaner.... wonderful!!

Pls don't come and start crying here okay. To avoid all these gold diggers breaking people's heart on dailies, best a man can do is to appear neutral. Now we had a good conversation alright, we talked at length it was all exciting. She asked me if I'm a doctor I said no I'm a cleaner here. It's a teaching hospital. Afterwards I noticed her countenance changed. Then I asked for her contacts she declined. She's a gold digger and it's a good think I dodged the time bomb. If our paths cross again, she would be sorry.
this is the problem with some ladies, you were even honest with the lady.

It is just the irony of life. Some bad girls make other girls look bad in the eyes of men.

I remembered while I was going through a rough patch. I had two girls in my life.

I loved one more than the other. The one I loved left me during my rough patch and the other have been with me since my rough patch.

Recently during Covid-19 I gave the woman that have been with me during my rough patch the only N500 with me to prepare food while I go for like a week and half to hustle. By the time I came back I was surprised to be greeted with a well prepared food. So I told her how come about the food. She told me she went to my empty land to look for water leaves and she used her money to buy raw cassava to fry garry since things where expensive in the market. My brothers Immediately I realised I was wasting all my time with my other girl while my wife was staring right at me in my face.

My grand mother has always advised me to marry a woman who loves me more than I love her.

Guys I am not wasting a single time o. I have found my wife.

Oh my God where can I meet a lady that reason like this, God when? Abeg send me her number Biko

This is very funny.

Free the ladies.

Just act broke for some months and see how many friends (men and women) you will still have. I mean...everyone knows you got it and then act like you lost it all.

/

Bros in this game of life
God honestly allows misfortune to come your way so that you will become wiser and know that almost everyone that's smiling and claiming your friends ain't one bit.

I personally learnt this important lesson.
Those I called friends, and close associates changed when I went through misfortune for a season.

I got the wisdom.

Minus my parents, siblings and very few people I call friends. I don't do close associates again even past friends.

Presently a bit by bit, I am coming into my glory and I am now realizing why billionaires, the super rich and the highly placed in the society don't have so much friends and associates and appear snubish.

It's because they realized that only just few people on Earth are your personal people. Every other person are around because of what they can get. So they act much wiser

This taught me a great lesson
Some say I am snubish now
But I really love, enjoy and relish that tag
