mental health can never be over emphasized!! I see some people saying " talk to friends", friends can never lift him out of that state, in fact , some friends might even be catching "cruise", the only people that can are the therapists, psychologists coz depression fuccks with the mind, soul and even the spirit!! 7 years of being low, sad, depressed yet he doesnt even show it facially, a real fighter!!! may his soul rest in peace that he longs for!!

I belief we are wired differently, what I have had to grapple with for eight years going now would have killed many long ago, yea I nursed the thoughts it all one or two times in the past but....me die, ko I will keep fighting and I encourage all whos battling depression to FIGHT....FIGHT AND KEEP FIGHTING.

We"d all be fine. NL, comedy skits and my neibors and church ....and GOD kept me going....

Nigerian man, Dele Bandele, who was declared missing by his friends and family on Tuesday, January 12, has been found dead.

Bandele, an advertising agent, was last seen at Omole Phase 2 and his last location was the 3rd Mainland Bridge.

Sadly, his body has been found.

Hours before his disappearance, Bandele left an apparent suicide note on his Instagram page in which he detailed his struggles with depression, He stated that he had battled with depression for seven years and was about to go find peace. It is not devil, devil doesn't exist, it is stress, stress leads to depression, depression leads to suicide. There are medications for depression. The devil doesn't exist. If you are suffering from depression seek medical treatment. If you believe it is the devil you will never recover. Trust me i know!

I think I'm weird. For sometime now, I will just be on my own and my spirit will be disturbing to either reach out to a friend or at least pray for them.
I don't know why
That's was how I was on my own sometime last year. One spirit kept on disturbing me to reach out to some persons. I didn't know why? Sometimes I will pray for them othertimes I would be giving excusing saying "Why Me?"

That was how my heart kept disturbing me to reach out to one my friends. It's was so intense. I couldn't becos for no reason this guy stopped speaking to me. We've been friends since childhood.
Everyday, the spirit would be disturbing me to ateast pray for him or reach out but I couldn't becos he ignores me when I speak to him.
Until one evening I heard that he died the previous day. According to people, they said he kinda had some Mental issh.
My heart broke.
Was the spirit trying to tell me something about my friend

Some weeks later, it kept on disturbing me again. This time to reach out to someone on my Facebook friend list. We don't even speak. I kept on fighting the spirit saying "Why Me"?..."Why"

Then one day, i remembered what happened to my friend and so I just sent this person a text message to know how things were with him.
I wasn't even expecting a reply becos we have only chatted just once in life and it lasted just 2mins.

To my surprise...this person replied me saying he had a Mental Breakdown and is currently on Medications. I was so shocked.
He thank me for reaching out and even tried calling me via Facebook Call so we could chat more.

Where am I going with this story. Maybe I'm Weird. Maybe I'm Strange with a spirit that tells me things about those in my circle but as humans let's try to reach out to people once a while. I know we all are busy and all but just try. A simple text message of "How Far"? goes a long way in preventing suicide.

Some people just need people to talk to. Others just need friends. Some people are going through things in their head that you can NEVER imagine in this world. Let's learn to reach out to people or at least pray for those in our circle.
There are other experiences I have had but time won't permit me to narrate. In all, always remember.

And if you are depressed, try and be happy. Happiness is a choice. You choose to be happy regardless. Money brings happiness but there are people with all the money yet they are not happy. Encourage yourself. The Bible says "David encouraged himself in the Lord". Do things that make you happy. Read your bible. Embrace God. Don't look or compare yourself with your mates cos you all are running different races. Nobody really knows what's going on in your head. I think I'm an Empath so I feel people's inner energies. When u start having these negative energies, shake it off with prayers and words from the Bible. And lastly, Know GOD. It is God that is keeping the strongest of people going in life. Believe me.
