You see, Boeing installed a new security system that some of these pilots failed to learn, it's called MCAS. If it's the case for Ethiopian Airways, then it'll be cheaper to educate pilots on the new systems, especially the ones that have the "I've been flying 737s for years" attitude.

But if there's another fault, especially one that can be traced to all other 737 max 8s, then instant grounding is the right choice.

This is the reason why countries like USA and Canada have not grounded the plane yet.

Pilots don't just jump in a new plane and fly. This is not a car.. There's so much damage control reports out there now, trying to shift the blame from Boeing to the pilot. How can a new feature in a new plane be excluded from the flight manual? Is it the pilots fault that such critical information is not included in the flight manual? It's like a car manual failing to indicate that this car requires a specific type of gear oil. Will an engine knock be the drivers fault?
If it was an American plane will they even dare to blame the pilots?
