On other note who on God's green earth would invest with someone looking like this and also a Yoruba person. Hahahaha chai Nigerians are too dumb
The same way of Chinmark MMM and MBA finance.

That gender get plentymoney but always acting broke cheesy
They discover everything first.

Start a church and perform miracles. A woman will discover you and bring her husband.

It was Mungo Park's wife that discovered River Niger and not the man.

The inflation rate is crazy and driving people to invest in just anything that claims ROI in few months..
It is not inflation rate that is driving people to invest in just everything.

It is GREED and stupidity put together.

When someone promises you 30 ROI one can only how much he must have made to pay you that much.

How can you say 30% of stake in agric in 7 months isn't possible. If you invest 2m on cucumber in 7 months. You will make double of that money in yields if everything goes well. 30% interest in 7 months is obtainable and achievable
"If everything goes well" is an adverbial clause of assumption.

If you have ever engaged in farming beyond a small garden, you will never assume everything will go well.

I am talking from experience. Forget whatever anyone must have told you about cucumber.

I always advice people to leave farming for farmers. There are farmers and there are farming investors.

Or if you know where the farm is located, go and Harvest your sharp sharp, after all you were given investment certificate that made you entitled to it.
There is no farm anywhere.
And if there is,. probably not more than an hectare to lure people in.

so use this methods to defraud banks too.....they get a land that the owner wants to see for say 10mill, they get Al these valuers and value the land for 100 mil, they go to bank collect loan for land of 100 mil, pay 10 Mill to owner a d pocket 90 mil.
No bank will give you a loan of 100 mil without getting it's valuers involved. The will never rely on just any valuation.
Nigerian banks are not as daft as people think.

Mugu and Maga will never cease to exist as long as Nigeria remains.

Somebody.say you should invest in maize and you put N1m. You failed to consider what can happen to the plantation from planting till havesting.
Someone say you will get 30 percent ROI and you believe him.

You yourself you are a big thief.

Oyo state Amotekun has not secured anywhere along that axis. Forget the political statement by the commandant.
From the Ibadan toll gate to wherever is the boundary with Ogun, there is not a single presence of Amotekun on that express road.
I passed there to and fro yesterday.
Get your fact before you argue and learn to take govt official' s statements with a bag of salt.

Business › Re: Can Someone Withdraw Money From Fixed Deposit Before Maturity? by ppogba: 3:51pm On Jan 17, 2022
If you are bouyant enough to have a Fixed Term Deposit, you will :

1. Have an account officer.
2. Your account officer must have told you it is possible.
3. You will not come to Nairaland to ask.

If you are asking for knowledge sake then, you are pardoned.

They can't. Ivory Coast hasn't lost any game and Algeria hasn't won any game.

No way they are beating Ivory coast
The fact that one team has not won and another has not lost does not make it impossible to beat Ivory coast. The real fact is that an Algerian victory can push out the ivorians especially when head to head rule comes into play.
Secondly, Algeria defeated Ivory coast at the quater finals on their way to victory the last time. Revenge will be on their minds.

The Man of the match for me is the referree. An african ref. Would have buckled under pressure and awarded the Algerians the dubious penalty they craved throughout the match.

Caf should consider seriously the continuous use of non african refs.

Will he say that the rivers commandant is not rendering returns?

Will he tell us it is just ordinary persom he made Rivers commandant and not the officer that knows how to dine with elders?

He should keep deceiving himself.

Man U should go and get the juju Dortmund used in selling Sancho to them, package it and label it " destiny changer". The thing go sell well well.

I cannot imagine the criticism by the British press if Sancho were to come from another country.

Fred and Matic should go; I agree with you on that.

But Elanga? ELANGA?! Are you watching this match? He's easily Utd's motm in the first half. He's fast, makes incredible runs, can press, and isn't afraid to take on the opponent's fullbacks. He's the exact opposite of Rashford.

Yes, Man Utd needs a huge coaching staff overhaul, too. Fletcher, for example, should be flogged seriously first, and then fired from the club.

Maguire, Rashford, Martial, Matic, Lingard, Wan Bissaka, Fred, and Mctominay should all be sold.
If you are a team with ambition and a certain Elanga is in your starting eleven, my brother something is wrong with that ambition.

The coach or the midfielders themselves? shocked

Matic is old and Fred is an Aba-made CM who can't pass and isn't a tenacious ball winner. Instead of Man Utd to get a proper CDM, they went to buy VDB.

I hope United gets one of their target CDMs in this January window, and you'll see change.
The problem of MU is 10 percent coaching and 90 percent player quality. The quality of the players is abysmally poor. With a team with players like Elanga, Fred and old donkey Matic then, a conglomerate of coaches can do nothing.

Smh they don't want any of their students to live off campus yet they cannot create enough hostel for students and make it conducive.they want to eat their cake and have it.nigeria! I believe that you have parents meeting with the management, Why can't the angry parents suggest to the management that those who the school cannot accommodate due to absence of adequate hostel spaces or rooms can go get an accommodation outside school?

The Lord will heal our minds
The fact is that the school is biting more than they can chew. An oyinbo man will have room for 100 but will admit 80.. A Nigerian will have room for 50 but will admit 276. That is the problem they are facing. About getting accommodation outside, they WILL NEVER allow that. No matter what.
