Some state governments have not being paying their workers salary regularly or in full, so where are these students, whose parents have not been paid, expected to get school fees from?. They should have been allowed to write their exams and not release their results until payment has been made.

l am amazed the way the FG is negotiating the price of PMS with labour like market women. @ Skimanski. I read through this thread and i am more than impressed, but why did you use sand filling rather than the usual laterite for filling the foundation?. I am not a building expert, just curious to know.
