I think what you bring up has some points but in America it is complex especially when it comes to things such as beauty pageants among the races. As you said the majority rules most things so they really don't need to have things exclusively for themselves, its the minoritties that are affected and thats why things like this spring up to be honest so in the end of the day there is no right or wrong.

Look at England for example they have a Miss Britain but black british women are not represented that you have beauty pageants like:

But of what use would the result of such race-exclusive org be to the majority and in fact the entire mainstream org canopy,my point being that,for example now,a black exclusive pageant will mean nothing to white rather it'd only mean something like "most beautiful african american" whereas the white predominant pageants encompasses of all races and what not.

If you mean which of the State of these stereotypes ,then I'd say, contrary to our opinion here about these stereotypes,Igbos are all loving and kind people with diversified cultural and traditional heritage,they are all similar in many ways beyond stereotype,and Igbo wu Igbo, Igbos are one and are the same,so anyone my sisters/blood wants, I'd accept.
