what an insult!!!! what an insult upon injury!!!!!! I told you he doesnt care so the fulani killing machine, brothers of mallam daura, perhaps kiling with the connivance of mallam daura himself, massacred villages, displacing thousands of people, killing hundreds, men, women, children and babies, all ages from neonate to elders, indiscriminate bloodletting, and after so many weeks of non challance, mallam daura decides. . . . . NOT TO COME AT ALL. . . . . then he decides that his loyal puppet, honorable commissioner yomi osiboyoyo wont come either . . . . . . . . and then they decide to send their unelected wives. . . . . oh . . . . wait. . . . . . mallam daura's wife is not interested either. . . . . . .so they sent honorable commissioner's wife to go there and represent. . . have you seen it? have y'all seen the unhidden contempt which this Mallam Daura has for xtians and fulani carnage victims. . . . I want all of you southern APC screamers to know, that if fulani killers come to your doorsteps. . . they would be fully armed, they would kill, there would be no arrest, there would be no investigation, there would be no prosecution, and perhaps after 10 weeks of living as refugees in your village. . .he may show some "kindness" by sending his son's girlfriend to bring you some oranges as a great compensation for your wasted lives and for the loss of family members. Keep shouting Sai Buhari,Keep scraming APC. if you are not fulani, and you are from the south, just know that the fulani cattle terrors are armed, they are coming, they will kill, and loot, and rape, and when the come to the doorsteps of your village. . . . just know there would be no stopping them. THEY HAVE THE BLESSING OF ANOTHER FULANI CATTLE REARER IN ASO ROCK. . . . continue clapping buhari drinks while the fulanis kill. he doesnt care #BloodSuckingTerroristBuhari 6 Likes

AnanseK:i'm not sure Ironsi was in the list of those they wanted to kill. they were after politicians not soldiers. the igbo politicians who survived were bc of the failure of those assigned in the east. but anyways, we know how the north intepreted the coup and how they responded. 30,000 igbos murdered in cold blood. 2.5 million killed in the war, another group of 100s of igbos killed time and again in the north over flimsy excuses such as a newspaper in denmark, miss world in abuja, etc anyways, make we leave matter. i'm trying to learn more about true history. OrlandoOwoh: i will find time and read it. meanwhile, we both agree on one thing, Ironsi didn't take power by force. the elected officials in the senate, gave it to him. looking back, Nwafor Orizu chouldnt have handed power to the military. infact looking at the corruption we have today, Nzeogwu and co shouldnt have led a coup against Balewa. compared to today's politicians, Balewa's era were saints. thanks for the info on shagari. he is one of the few nigerian politicians i can trust a little with truth. #StopFulaniCattleRearingMurderers

Politics / Re: Picture Of The First Generation Of Nigerian Army Officers by preselect(m): 4:18pm On Mar 26, 2016 |
AnanseK: Ironsi was the most senior military officer under Balewa. He stopped the coup. He didnt take over the govt, but the national assembly, full of cowards (it's easy to judge them now but I admit I dont know the tension they may have felt at that time) under the senate president, decided to hand over to the military. and so they called ironsi and asked him to take over. the politicians might have feared for their lives bc of what happened a few yrs earlier in the congo, where there was instability and the nation was going into civil war when stability was restored by the congolese military under mobutu, so they hoped the nigerian military would do the same especially as many of the nigerian officers were part of the UN mission to the congo during their crisis. #BringBackOurGirls

musiwa97: zik had no power to make anyone head of the army. the power to do so rests with the Prime Minister, Balewa. the president then had no real powers. meanwhile, as you guys enjoy front page shows of tonto dike and yemi alade, about 76 men have dissappeared in the south east after a clash with fulani cattle rearers. this happened in enugu state. no word from the military, no word from the police, we no hear madam oby who has effectively and conveniently forgotten the chibok girls. Oga cattle chief of daura who would waste no time in fighting for the fulani cattle men, or getting rivers filled with security men, is apparently unpertubed by the menace of the cattle rearers. meanwhile where are all those igbos shouting sai buhari? where is father mbaka? one day one story. this is what you asked for, you got it. go to the north, boko haram slaughters you, go to the east, fulani cattle rearers follow you, go to court, APC judges lock you up, go to lagos, your shops are taxed or burnt down, and if you talk. . . there's always the lagoon, they dont hide their hatred of you either. go to nairaland, ethnic bigotry and nigerian igbophobia tears you apart. buhari and his govt cant hide his disdain for the 5%, translate, igbos. the only reason i like them. . . . when the bubble bursts they will make no distinction between those igbos who shouted sai buhari and those of us who scream chai buharikwa while you were shouting Sai Buhari, I told you then, and I tell you now. . . they will never like you they have never liked you they wont stop harassing you in lagos they wont stop killing you in the north. if you like change to islam, speak yoruba, take yoruba names, speak hausa, defend buhari on the internet, . . . . they will never like you. . . now the whole east of over 10 million people are now gripped with apprehension bc of the federal government backed fulani cattle rearers and blood suckers. . . let me just pretend that this story from vanguard is not true. . . . MrReloaded: i'm not sure the belgians will agree to that at this time. listen, let me say something here. you see how Mr Trump has been campaigning in america, and how he has run down muslims and islam in his campaign. did you notice how mainstream americans responded to his campaign. 1st the US president came out and denounced that kind of rhetoric, then the speaker of the house, a republican came out and said this is not what the GOP represents, then the ordinary people started to protest everywhere mr trump goes. this shows the world that even though a limited group of bigoted extremists may be voting the donald in the GOP primaries, the american people in general are against that kind of rhetoric. compare the response of muslims to terror and the war against terror. whenever something bad happens in the muslim world, the social media is filled with cries for justice, but days like today, when the terrorists have done their kill in the name of islam. . . where are the moderate muslims? where are the so called moderate muslims who can come out to condemn this killing? where are all those that say that terrorism is not the same as islam? you cannot have muslim terrorists kills innocent people regularly and not expect people to associate islam with terror. especially when mainstream islam is silent on days like this? speak up. . . .o thou moderate muslim. condemn terror in no uncertain ways and condemn it loudly and publicly #PrayForBelgium
