Look, if you want to show kindness and gain popularity, you shouldn't do it to constitute nuisance for others.

obassey: @Presiade, well thought out analysis, but u missed something. There are two days slated for each weekend. In ur calculations, u used jes one day. So u might have to triple that number to 576 people for the assessment stage, going by ur reasoning,except u r saying 64 people per weekend? Cheers!

Ok, see my post again, the final value is still 192. They conduct 4 batches (of 16 each) over each weekend.

Blunt, but true... I'm beginning to reason with this: in Lagos, they assess 4 batches (2 batches per day) of about 16 candidates each per weekend (2days), this will come up to about 192 candidates in the 3 weekends they schedule for assessments... Hmmm, I pray those yet to be invited get invited, and those of us that have been assessed, I pray for success!!!

There is no need to obtain any form. When the advert is out, one will be required to send application in excel spreadsheet format.

Guys just relax. They said they will contact you soon. They're doing it according to the day you did your first interview; although there're little exceptions like julieccentric and co.

Baba God thank you again! I got the invitation SMS for second stage interview slated for tomorrow by 9:00 am. I was in WAEC marking/ coordination center when the message entered. *smiling*

@sunnydayasaba, the message was exactly the same with the former one.
Though, I didn't go for the second test, I just got a congratulatory message from them, stating I would be contacted soon. Anybody else got the message?

Ok, Lagos which level are we now What's really going on? It would be exactly a month after my interview with Heritage Bank's HR.

From precedence, I think the application for this award should be out next week.

Did you write FCMB test on 24th May?

Just got another invitation for test at Workforce from FCMB. I don't understand again oooo. Is this a second stage test or another test entirely They've not communicated the outcome of the test I wrote on 24th May yet.
I'm not sure I'll go ooo.

Elai147: A friend told me that it is usually done alphabetically (don't know how true). So they will usually start paying those whose surname/name starts with letter "A" and on to "B", "C" and so on. My surname starts with A but I am not sure if that's how it's actually done. Hopefully you will get yours soon.

It's done according to your account number with the registrar (First Registrar in this case), and not according to names...

'Within a month' was their response... This was on 30th May.

Ok, workforce test is in 3 sections verbal, numerical logical/ diagram reasoning. For FCMB it was paper based probably because of the small population; but for massive recruitments, they use CBTesting @ eTCenter, Unilag.
Just practise well and pray bro... That's the key to succeed.

Nwanneamakah: 2b sincere, dey were quite tough. Dey were determined to throw d interviewees off balance. Evn collected phone numbers to enable dem make verificatn calls abt ur age, particular skills n stuff like dat. Dey build questns on ur answr to dier questns. 2b sincere, twas d toughest interview v evr gone 4.
I wz jz smiling like a mumu at a point cz i dint knw watelse to do. Twas interesting tho. Jz b prepared n confident. I thnk it depends on who z interviewing u cz no1 askt me questns abt boyfrnd or best frend. B prepared n leave d rest to God.
+ d dey wer strict wt d screening of credentials.
