Today, I had a discussion with one of the guys that got in last year... And he explained that they'll (most likely) follow last year trend-which has been true hitherto. 1st batch resumes TS 1st week in Sept. He further stated that they usually plan to enrol all successful candidates latest January (2014 in this case) in batches; This is necessary for appraisal purposes...

What do you mean? A call from who? What was the call about; the discussion?

Format
1) Open Two more accounts (apart from the one your scholarships funds are paid into)
2) divide all your money into three; leave 1/3 in the scholarship account, and put 1/3 in each of the other accounts.
3) Let her know the details of 1 of the accounts (must never be the scholarship account).
4) whenever she asks for where the other money is tell her you have invested some of the money.
Try her with this method to know her intent and trust or untrust her completely afterwards.
I hope this helps.
Between you're lucky o, You alone NLNG and Shell scholarships. I was only able to get TOTAL(ELF) Petroleum scholarship in my own days
