One is only ready,when you are prepared and matured spiritually, mentally, financially, emotionally and physically.
Personally, after achieving certain goals you just get to a point where it feels right to get married.
But if you have met the right person, there's no point waiting, knowing fully well that you are capable.
For me I work with my intuition, I just know is time to allow it happen.

Op this is how someone I know was proposed to
He called her to accompany him to the market that his frnds wife was in labour(which they both know is almost due) surprisingly they met some other of his frnds there. He saw a grp of police men approach them, trust me she was scared he has done something wrong.

Gave her the ring the man prayed for them while his frnds took pictures, it was a scene
