Yes ooo. They will. We paid for their visa fee na. Even my baby. My case was completed sept last year, when I had my baby this year we included him immediately and provision was made for us to pay his visa fee as well., which we did. Them no dey play with their money ooo. Lol

I will not even advice her to do that. She has waited all this while. A little more wait will not hurt cos she is almost there. It pays to tell the truth. Lies will only jeopardize the whole process. And the icing on the cake is she will be going with her entire family.

I don't think u will pay another fee. Just your spouse and kids . Fee is $325, If it doesn't increase in the near future.

4. Notice of action. The one that shows you were f2b when your Mom filled
5. Do a document. Title is statement of single status.

That's the automail I got too. They eventually replied after 5 weeks. I was asked to attach by email. So maybe in another 2 weeks your case will be reviewed. Its good you sent the request 3 weeks ago. You should get all you need before your interview in august.
NVC issues IL and they approved your opt out that's why you got interview date. Your case is no longer with Uscis that's why NVC can do that.
Don't worry my visa class didn't change on ceac log in till after 3weeks. By next week your case status will be sent (in transit) and then it will at the embassy (ready).

In order to process your request, please send us the following documents:

*official ID of beneficiary
*signed, written request from beneficiary requesting the opt-out
*petitioner’s naturalization certificate
*I-130 approval notice
*any marriage certificates and/or evidence of the termination of prior marriages of the beneficiary. If never married, the beneficiary should provide evidence of such, if available (for example, if country has a national registry or records of marriages). If the latter is unavailable, the beneficiary should provide a signed statement indicating he/she is not currently married and never has been married.

You may submit everything via email or regular mail. Once we receive all of the requested documents, we will begin reviewing the request.

Have you sent your email to Uscis Ghana yet? If you haven't, pls do today. They just responded to my mails last night. That's about 5 weeks to respond. You have to send a signed letter stating your single status. It's best you do that when you are sending your request. They just requested that yesterday and my interview is in 4 days. Hopefully I get the approval before then.
Medicals in Lagos takes 2 weeks to get your result if everything is ok.

Thanks bro. I sent them a letter same time I sent NVC. I got an electronic reply that I will hear from them in 5working days. E don pass 3weeks now. How do you send signed letter stating your single status? And how do they get to issue an I. L without any word from USCIS, does that halt the process on the D day? Confused ooo. But NVC did not instruct me to write them. I just did that based on what you guys said. After the I. L, there was no indication that our case is now F2B. Even when I checked the Ceac website ds260 form, the case still shows F1. I don't know whether they might update it later though. Cos everything just came yesterday.

I guess I will just print out all my letters I wrote to both NVC and USCIS to request an Opt out, and take it with me on that day. Someone should pinch me ooo. The journey is almost at the finishing line.

This is just so sad. May The cute little child be with the Lord. Parents should always keep an eye on their kids at all times. And parents should also live in homes that are children friendly. Avoid pools when u have toddlers around. It is just too risky.

A lot of ppl are just blaming the D' Banj and his wife. It was an accident, that could have been avoided, but pls let them mourn the loss of their baby. The worst thing that can happen to a parent, is to loose a child.
