ATM have two input slots and 4 output slots. All banks connect to a single host which ATMs are connected to. When you slot your Debitcard to an ATM mechine or a POS, it quickly run a https_get protocol to this host server which spools your information like bank balance and transaction activities.
Only your name is stored on the card.
To decrypt your pin, the same sequence of events occur.
Now, possible way he could achieve this is if he have a POS malware that decrypts user details upon authentication. Any other thing he says is hogwash to deceive the ignorant.

Ur card has some of your info stored in it electronically and can be extracted with a software.. It is exactly what the ATM does.

Thanks jareee.. Many people are already exhibiting their level of exposure. There was a time they sold the software in Amazon and even in alibaba. They sold it with coded name. These things happen in dark web a lot. This is carding and all it is all about is stealing card details. Many Nigerians don't read shaa.. Alright.. What he is into is carding. Do u know that there are software that try to replicate a given ATM card? In fact, the software he is talking about, there was a period they sold them in Amazon. It has a code name. Only if u know the software that u will know the code name. What that software does is to reveal some hidden codes inserted inside a given ATM card. There is another software that imprint a given info of a card into another card to replicate that card.

But what he is into is simple: he gets the card code, it could be the 3 digits or the peculiar digits in the 15 digits on the card, place the card into the software and the software reveals other needed info imprinted in the card.

Then he can use the revealed info to shop online on sites that allow this type of shopping. Yes, there are sites that allow such shopping. They wouldn't need your personal pin. Just certain inform which that software can reveal. Most dark web sites have links to such shops where u can use stollen card details to shop peacefully.

I mentioned Buhari and GEJ becus they are the two main contestants in 2015. A report I shared with you said, 13 million Nigerians voted manually in 2015. And out of that 13 million that voted manually, about 10 million of such votes with to Buhari while about 3 million of such votes went to GEJ. Now, if a candidate can get 10 million votes from manual thump printing alone, what does that tell u about the election? 10 million is not a small figure in election.

This is not about buhari here or there, it is about our pectoral acts. Incident form should be abolished becus manual thump printing is useless. As for the 2019 election, pdp is still requesting for the data. INEC has not responded. The last news we heard here was that in Niger state for instance, 10 local govt alone refused to use card reader.. This shows how flawed our electoral system has been.

It was noted that Buhari won in 9 out of the 10 most affected states. He got a whooping 10 million votes from manual thump printing alone.

I won't say 70%. They both inflated votes. Akwa Ibom, Rivers and Delta all turned in 1m+ votes. Where did they get that from?Even Bayelsa shocked me. Bayelsa that has only yenegoa and ammassoma as the only land areas. Forget about one party rigging. They both rigged massively but if you remove rigging and allow bare numbers count the north still has a greater voter population and even better voter education. It's not all northern states. I personally think results of Borno, Kano and Yobe should be reviewed to see what happened but asidespite those three every other state seems to be normal. These are also the three states that PDP have outlined as states to be looked into and their results cancelled if necessary. However, cancellation of those states still does not give Atiku victory.

It has nothing to do with Atiku's though.. I am personally interested in fair policy.

If card reader must be used, then it must be used in all states and regions..

For instance, there were other far better candidate than Buhari and Atiku. One of the reasons many supported Atiku was becus of his is from the north and can help divide northern votes.
