After spending some days in a hospital in Nigeria, he was flown to Germany for proper medical attentions where he spent almost five months before being moved to John Hopkins University Hospital in the State of Maryland towards the end of March, 2013.Am I the only one seeing that. Was he receiving improper medical attention in Nigeria. |
Did I see BRT in Abuja or do I need a glass. As much as I know Abuja does not have BRT yet. |
If you don't stay within that area then you will not understand what these guys are saying, that road is hell. I stay around there, the traffic has been worst since the last three week, am lucky that even before this time I connect the newly constructed bridge going to mile 2 by foot from my area while going to work and also walk from mile 2 to my place. I feel very bad when I see people sitting in traffic for 30minutes without displacement. Driving is not option along that axis, I only wonder when I see people wake up in the morning enter their car only to go and sit in traffic for hours. I prefer walking and continue with a bus(where the road is free) than siting in a place for that long. The annoying thing is that despite the 4year that have been inputed into this project the first phase of the road (without rail) is still not functional. |
Sincere 9gerian: So how good is the product? Share your experience in using the product with us.Anyway I don't want to give an epistle, but those product I listed will serve you so so well, they are durable and reliable. By the way those are not their only products, I only listed the ones I have tried and tested. |
People here have mentioned some product they buy that are made M.I.N, but am yet to see anyone here mention anything on cosmetics does that mean there are no good cream, powder et.c. List some good M.I.N cosmetic product you know and use. For those who don't know, if you are buying Fridger, Fan and Air-condition then go for 'Newclime' it's a Nigerian product you can trust, I recommend their product to my customers too. |
Ikenna351: Burnout! This is one thing i love about powerful RWD. So much potentials and fun to pull.Nice picture you got there, I love classics. But sometimes I wonder if these vehicle have never had a dent or crash (I believe they must have) but the way they look clean and new makes me wonder if we have panel beater in this country that can restore vehicle body to it's factory state. If you know any, please let us know. Truthly if we must have this it needs to be organised because the number of japenese car on nairaland is alarming. |
Ikenna what happened with the Nairaland car day, no one is talking about it again. I was imagining how it is going to look like, it will be wonderful and much fun to bring Nairalander together with such occasion. It is still possible. Check these out though not properly organised as I expected. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=ubdEw0rDA34 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGC79K5HjWk |
I personally try as much as i can to patronize Made In Nigeria products, though one of the drawbacks is quality. My brother bought a travelling box that was M.I.N and afterward the bag did not last long but it did not discourage him. Some products I stick to are; Locally made leather sandals and flip-flops, Sugar(Nasco instead of St Louis), Clothing(more of corperate wears and native) and food(Corn falkes, oat et.c). I would also like to encourage us to buy M.I.N, because if we keep doing that, some of us who come here to complain of unemployment will be engaged. @Sincere Nigerian, i must commend you your truthful and sincere comment since today. |
105 views and only one reply. Is it that my plight is not understood, where is Mr Siena, Trac, Ikenna and other, yours contribution is needed. @DAY11 thanks for your reply. |
There have been topics on billionaires who dropped out of school but I noticed that the list is made up white-men that do not mean we do not have billionaire drop outs. So let’s come home; So here come some Nigerian billionaires who dropped out of school. 1. Cosmos Maduka - Coscharis Group 2. Cletus Ibeto - Ibeto Group 3. Innocent Chukwuma - Innoson Group 4. Vincent Obianodo - Young shall grow motors Ltd, Rockview Hotels, Vinegas. NB: this list has nothing to do with tribalism, these are just the once I can remember, so feel free to add yours. |
I have noticed this jerk(or sudden shake) when you move the gear from P to D or R on my friend's car though he does not see it to be a problem. I went ahead to check the ATF gauge but it seems ok (the oil was not below the minimum mark). What could be the problem and possible solution? Thanks in advance. |
I got the info this afternoon, very sad! From what I gathered, it seems there were no survivor (from a fully loaded luxury bus). May their soul rest in peace. |
manny4life: Does Toyota cast their own engine block abi do they build it from scratch? Thanks very much for educating that dude. No vehicle company manufactures all it's components, a lot of them are outsouurced. This is the same thing Innoson is doing (as much as I know) who manufactures tyres at his Enugu plant, his car seats are made by a company also in Nnewi. Innoson needs to do more of advertising because I think his brand has what it takes to compete with some other in the Nigeria market today. |
@op, the error in the article is too much, next time you can ask someone to help you proof-read before posting. As much as you want your blog to have traffic you should try to eliminate grammatical errors. Glo is for Nigerians from a Nigerian. Thanks. |
Double post |
On point and very true unlike the load of dos and don'ts we get here. Many ladies are victims of No. 4, they feel they are being social or jovial while they are doing damage. |
Fhemmmy: Your time on our thread is golden to us, thanks.I am looking for a 16MP camera and preferably, a touchscreen. |
How much would a Sony Cybershot (T110) digital camera cost. Thanks in advance. |
This is more than just tanker, i felt my house vibrate (@ Festac enviros) when it happened, people came out of their houses wondering if what happened at Ikeja is repeating itself. |
@op, you amaze me with the rubbish you wrote, personally i am not a fan of Buhari but even if GEJ did all you mentioned above (which we know are not true), then should we let him occupy the sit for ever? If so countries like UK, USA et.c will not be conducting elections because they have stable power. You almost had a reasonable arguement, but along the line you started typing nonsense. |
Chidoxyl: The eggs are not in a bottle! They are in a plastic container (there's a lot of difference between a bottle & a plastic container, poster). If U are sure d container was not split into 2 to allow d eggs be put into it & then somehow mended either with a cellotape or some other means, let me see these eggs in a real bottle.Plsease define bottle. Also @phoneport, how is the topic misleading? What is a bottle, google is your friend. |
geeez: Why are Igbos not commenting on this thread?I think Igbos have commented but what you really wanted to ask is why haven't the Igbos used the thread for tribal war? Ans: We appreciate good things and commend the former governor for acting maturely, so it is not necessary to be fighting over nothing. |
This issue has actually gone out of hand. The most important thing now is to get Don's next-of-kins number. I just pray there is an explaination for his absence and nothing is wrong with him, even if he is no more the line should be available so his friends can make contact and get the news. But until comfirmed, lets not eliminate any odd. |
Reading comments above, I noticed people bringing tribalism into this:> . The worst are those writing Rochas for president, my fellow Nigerians that will be the second collective mistake we will ever make as Nigerians- if Rochas becomes president. That guy will be worst than GEJ. I am from Imo state and the significant he has done is the free education which he is going about the wrong way. Voting Rochas as president is a mistake you and I will never forgive ourselves for. I rest my case, let me not go further. |
speedyboi: I've switched to nasco sugar(made in nigeria) a long time ago. So ban on st Louis won't affect me!Good! This have been long overdue, each time I see that st. Louis it makes me angry knowing that it is the well known and only choice for consumable sugar. @ speedyboi, I have never seen the Nasco sugar, pls where do you buy from? |
Please, how much would it cost for a Sony Cybershot digital camera- touchscreen and 16mp and above. Maybe you check Cybershot T110 for me. Thanks in advance. |
A couple who had children days ago are now left with nothing. Oh God! Where will they start from? |

nitrogen: B and it is an organisation jare. U nko?I knew you were going to say that anyway am actually believing God to grant my wish. |
MTN have been making me go 'gaga' but thank God for alternatives. Since yesterday each time people try to call me it only blink (flashing), I only notice people flashing even my dad (I almost got confused) until I knew it was network problem, people have resulted to text messages. |
ogbeche77: Serving there... So , technically yesAlso @nitrogen, please how good is the place (Ogun state) and what can you guy really say about serving there, because I intend to serve there. Thanks in advance. |
