section 145 of the constituition says the president only needs to transmit power to Acting president only if he sees it fit that he cant perform his role as a president by not been able to discharge the duty of his office and he claims he would discharge his duty for the 10 days from london, just like a working visit to other countries.

You talk about how things work, well Mr Government, how this works is that when the president wants to be away from office for sometime, he transmits (no pun intended please) a letter to the Senate and power is automatically transmitted to the Vice President who will act in the office of the president.
