If Ebola is stupid enough to push Nigeria into an unnecessary war, and the army allow him, then they should all be held responsible for the consequences. Nigeria is even more fragile than Niger republic. A war in Niger republic would even end up affecting Nigeria more. The chaos, refugee crises, anarchy and collapse of the economy will expedite the break-up of Nigeria. Ebola once said he doesn't believe in one Nigeria, could this be his plans of balkanizing the country?! |
Fugazy2023:I can bet with one million naira that this guy here is a Yoruba man complete with Oyo tribal marks. When did you guys become champions of democracy? Lol, I can see beyond the smokescreen dude! Gaskiya, I pity those that don't understand you people's evil game plan. |
Ofunaofu:Don't mind him. They will be in their decayed houses in SW and be talking about war in another man's backyard. Bring the war to them and see them preaching peace. I pity Northerners that don't seem to understand these people and their hypocrisy. Almost every single Yoruba man is advocating for war against Niger republic. A war they know will ravage North and destroy whatever is left there. They apparently hate Northerners but are afraid to display it openly so they resort to cunning ways of destroying them in the name of restoring democracy in Niger republic. |
Ebola has made lots of catastrophic errors but the one he just committed in his mishandling of Niger crises could eventually end him. He not only made a fool of himself but brought global attention to his illegitimacy and worse still very poor leadership. Most Northerners now have their sentiments hovering between tolerating him at him best while secretly hoping that something could happen that will truncate his government. The people of SE and SS largely do not rate him from the beginning, and are now mostly on their knees praying for Devine intervention. That now leaves him with only his tribe as supporters. Even among his people, only the staunch bigots and those hoping to gain directly from his government are still passionately supporting him. The rest are indifferent at best or at worse, against him. In other words, no president in history (in this part of Africa) has ever been so unpopular like this man. With the economy going down continuously, he will need a miracle to hang on even if the judiciary doesn't remove him. |
Just look at the fools Tinubu surrounded himself. Kayode has shown he is very unreasonable and likes talking like an uneducated lout. Since you yorubas want to wage war against another country over something that is non of your business, you guys should be ready to bear the brunt. It will eventually become Tinubu's yoruba army against Niger republic and its allies. Senseless fools. |
Okealaaye:Low mentality bigots like you are on self destruct without knowing it. Unfortunately for you, the strike already began in Oshogbo then Ibadan and soon it will spread across your region. Is it Igbos that were beaten Oyo civil servants yesterday in ibadan due to protests? Igbos have lots of shock-absorbers that will minimize the adverse effects of Tinubu's maladministration unlike your people. Your eyes go soon clear. |
I was driving this morning and observed how dry the road is. I kept wondering if it was the Sit-at-home but when I reflected that yesterday was busy I was confused the more. It never occurred to me it was due to NLC strike. I'm in Owerri and the city is dry today. |
Couldntfigurean:Can you imagine the disgrace?! Passersby using sand and gutter water to quench helicopter fire? How did Nigeria descend this low? And it happened in Ikeja, capital of Lagos State!!! Yet some bigots and fools will be deceiving themselves about how Tinubu developed Lagos. A state that has so much revenue to make it at least as decent as other African cities like Cairo, Johannesburg, Nairobi etc but extreme corruption has reduced it to trash. |
Perfectbeing:You don't know anything. If Tinubu thinks he is courageous let him wage war on Niger republic. I'm happy the military leaders of that country has refused to back down, so when the ridiculous ultimatum given by Tinubu expires, I will like to see him roll out tanks heading towards Niamey. If he fails to do that, then he is a FOOL. The war will eventually become Northern Nigeria and Niger republic vs Tinubu's army. |
001Lagos:Lol, the same Lagos Tinubu built completely ![]() |
Another international disgrace. These people will go round Lagos, then a little further to the slums of Abeokuta, Oshogbo, Ibadan and ogbomosho and conclude that's how the rest of Nigeria is. If only they can go beyond to the cities in SS, SE and North they will have a much better impression. It's really sad. |
ivolt:I pray that God will harden the heart of Tinubu the way he did to Pharoah so that his Waterloo will come quickly. |
This one no be protest na. This is just dress rehearsal. By the time the real hunger induced protests start, even a combination of police, civil defense and military won't contain it. Make Tinubu just dey zuzu, his eyes go soon clear! |
TotoGame:Lol, some of their monarch are even okada riders. See the region we are talking about below ![]() The level of poverty is generational and in multidimensional extents ![]()
|
EmperorCaesar:Sorry, your likes can't afford to be Igbo. It will require you up to 5 reincarnations and millenniums of further brain improvement before you can possibly emerge as Igbo. |
whirlwind7:Absolutely 💯. One was sold last week at Amaeze at #1.5m and it's buy and build! |
Yeye dey smell. What is the traditional monarch doing inside Keke for trailer to crush him? All these 2 naira traditional rulers in the SW. SMH. |
Tinubu is unarguably the most self-destruct president in history. It could be due to the highly controversial circumstances through which he emerged as president that makes him so desperate to please the West. Firstly, he removed subsidy and floated the naira. Two policies that are highly detrimental to Nigeria's economy but fervently promoted by the West and its institutions like IMF and WTO. The little credibility he had among Nigerians tanked while he became a darling to the Bretonwood. As if that wasn't enough, he saw the coup in Niger republic as another opportunity to endear himself even more to the West. Without applying common sense, Tinubu unilaterally rallied others in ECOWAS to give ultimatum to the new military rulers of Niger. Once again, the West, including United States, France and UK cheered him on. The situation in Ukraine couldn't even act as warning why it is dangerous for any allow itself become a tool to the imperialists. Here are reasons why Tinubu's misadventure in Niger republic is most likely going to be a disaster for him: 1. It is extremely difficult to invade a large desert country and win the locals in warfare; Examples abound, such as Russia against the Mujahideen of Afghanistan. America against Taliban of Afghanistan. America in Somalia. These are superpowers yet they failed miserably, how much more poor nations like Nigeria? 2. The people of Niger republic are behind the military rulers; There is overwhelming support by the masses of Niger in support of their military. So, they are ready to enlist in the army, form human sheilds and even sabotage the invading army. 3. Hausas and Fulanis see Niger as their brothers; similar to point 2 above, the Muslim North of Nigeria is likely to be in solidarity with Niger people and in extension, their military rulers. So, aside seeing a scenario whereby many of them may enlist to fight on the side of Niger against Nigeria and ECOMOG forces, sentiments will also rise against the Yoruba president who waged war against 'brothers'. The sentiments may trickle into our own military and the hunter will eventually become the victim. 4. ECOWAS has been divided into two; in trying to rally other West African countries into waging war against Niger, Tinubu only succeeded in dividing the Subregion. Almost all the sahel nations are now backing the military rulers, including Mali and Burkina Faso. Also, Guinea, a coastal nation is in support of the military rulers. The implications here is that arms will flow easily from Libya and Sudan. Import of goods will also flow from Guinea to Niger republic, thereby rubbishing the so-called ECOWAS sanctions. 5. It's going to be an international war; the military rulers in Niger have embraced Russia. So, it's a matter of time before the Wagner group intervenes as well as military hardware arriving from Russia. So, what happens when the war drags on? Costing Nigeria both in men and resources? Won't Boko Haram & other terrorist groups even seize the opportunity to unleash mayhem?

englishmart:Lol, what we have is a criminal enterprise. This is not a country abeg. Imagine DSS (Nigeria's top intelligent agency), the Russian equivalent of KGB or American CIA using their official Twitter account to troll ![]() It's really sad how low this country has sunk. It's really disgusting. God forbid bad thing, spits! |
Jacobiceprince8:Lol, it seems you don't know yoruba people. As long as it's Tinubu or any fellow yoruba man, it's the best policy. They will defend, support and argue with all manner of senseless excuses. But let it be someone from another tribe and see them running their mouths and using every opportunity to attack the president. They're all like that, both educated and uneducated. Pastors or writers, they're all driven by tribalism. SMH. |
Propaganda government. Make una continue, very soon una cup go full. Continue using propaganda to deceive gullible ones. They go soon wise up and confront their oppressors. |
Honestly, I pity NW and NE. These two regions already had poverty rates at almost 90%. By now, it would be approaching 99% ![]() Tinubu is like a mad man with lighter in a gas station. He will set this country ablaze if he isn't stopped on time ![]() |
nairalanda1:Can you please stop blabbing all over this thread? You're talking rubbish yet spamming everywhere with it, gosh! |
Disturbing news just emerged that fuel price has increased again to 618 per litre. The worst is that this price is what NNPC is selling! Independent marketers usually sell higher. How are Nigerians, particularly workers on fixed salary going to survive? Before now, some workers in Lagos and Abuja often spend as much as 3,000 to 4,000 daily on transportation. It's even pathetic to note that these workers mostly earn less than 100,000 monthly. If you're a worker in Lagos or Abuja, or other Nigerian cities, how are you surviving? Something needs to be done urgently either by those in authority or those at the receiving end. Obviously, we can't continue like this!!

LagosFirstSon:This is so disgusting and embarrassing. A state that is said to be the fifth largest economy in Africa looking worse than a slum?! What did Tinubu and his puppet governors do with the billions of dollars that were borrowed, earned as IGR and the allocations it received from federal government??!!! The same con man is now parading as president. God have mercy! |
The drug lord, fraudster and impostor wasn't even qualified to contest in the first place. The earlier he is Removed, the better for Nigeria. |
Imagine a small country of just 3 million planning to build all these world-class stadiums?! Almost all the states in Nigeria are more than 3 million each yet Nigeria itself can't even dream of building those stadiums now?! We can't even afford to host AFCON and neither will we even qualify to host it?! WTF, the last time we co-hosted was with Ghana and that was many years ago?! If Nigeria doesn't disgust you as a Nigerian then you have no shame!!! |
flokii:Lol, Abia state has Alaoji power plant, among the biggest installed capacity in Nigeria. Abia state also has Geometric, the biggest privately owned power plant in Nigeria. So, worry about your state, Abia is already far ahead! |
